This was our first time eating here and our first impression was the restaurant was beautifully decorated. My husband and I ordered the brisket queso which was excellent and the perfect margarita which was good. We both ordered the ribeyes for our entrees. I got the Brussel sprouts and okra which were really good. Only bad thing about our meal was that the steaks were oozing out so much oil that it covered the plates. My husband's French fries were so soggy because of the oil from the steak. We complained to our server as well as the food runner but nothing was done to fix the issue. This is why only 4 stars.
First time here. Our steaks is so salty all 3 of them. And our side dish fried okra salty too.Wait a while to refill my sweet tea. Waitress hardly come check on us.
Good steak for its price. Juicy, and rich flavor. But the place/service is very busy. 20 min wait to get to the table and took more than 45 minutes to get the steaks.
Went to this restaurant for the first time on 4/12/22 and I will definitely be returning. EVERYTHING about this restaurant was great. The server was so kind, courteous, and efficient. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. The food was seasoned well and was fresh. We had the spicy boneless wings and regular wings, Ribeye steaks, pork chops, shrimp, and the kids chicken tenders. Everything was delicious, it was so much food we had lunch and dinner for the next day. We can't wait to go back!
In search of a good meal before heading to Tanger Outlet in Fort Worth, Texas Roadhouse turned out to be the best option in the area. We received a warm greeting from Zach and our server Justin was very friendly and attentive. Offering just the right amount of attention to our table. The shareable sized food portions were seasoned to perfection and the temperature just right! The peanuts are now provided in a sealed bag. The country music was enjoyable. Great service…delicious food…great location… lots of parking and a friendly staff made for a great experience. Hey, there’s a walk up “to go” window. There was no way I could clean my plate. If I could have, I absolutely would have?
Man ohhhhhh man! This was a fantastic experience! Me and a few friends went to enjoy a night out together! The whole experience was awesome! We go sirloin, T-bones and salmon! It was all excellent! Personally my T-bone was excellent! But the Brussels Sprouts I had were possibly even better then the steak! They were honey glazed! OMG! We also got the shrimp appetizer and the mushroom appetizer. The stuffed mushrooms were sooo good. The shrimp were good but in comparison to the mushrooms they didn’t compete. This place also has amazing drink prices! Definitely a place to visit again and again
First time here, hostess has zero humor, not friendly. Noticed the inside decor was nice, western and warm. Waiter, ours needed more experience or just be older when it comes to taking drink orders. Could not understand the order and had to bring bartender to table....ok. So drinks were very slow arriving. Placed our orders, great menu of choices. Next issue, salads arrived and 1minute later our steaks were here...really?So to have hot food we pushed salads to the side. Steaks were cooked perfectly, sides were tasty, salad was good, and the chocolate cheesecake was divine. Prices are fair. Was going to 3 star this, but went 4 since food was really good. Little issues need to be addressed.
This place has a great interior setup and excellent food options. I'd recommend the Outlaw Ribeye and also try their Brussel Sprouts side item.
Exquisite meats. The chicken fried chicken reminded me of my childhood. The steak I had was well done and melted in my mouth. The half rack of baby back ribs were so beautifully cooked I almost saw heaven. I am anticipating my next visit. 10/10 would eat here again.
One of the worst experiences. When the server sat us at our table there was virtually no wait. However when we got our drinks there was hard food/goop stuck on the side of there cup which disgusted is , when the server asked if we wanted refills we thought that maybe she would notice the dirty cup and change them, but we received the same glass. My renegade sirloin was great but the steak my partner received was basically all fat and no meat. On top of that, the sides were cold when we received the plate and we ended up paying and leaving. We’ve been to Longhorn multiple times and never have issues, but this last time was awful.
