Hubby and I had the NY Strip (medium) with green beans and streamed broccoli and the Mesquite-grilled chicken salad with Parmesan Peppercorn dressing, served over mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and hard boiled eggs.Due to dietary restrictions, we requested several items be left off of the salad and it arrived to the table perfect! Loved the dressing! The steak was delectable! Incredibly tender! Almost didn't need a knife! Definitely a great value for the money for sure!
Great food as usual and 3 new items on the menu. Good service today and clean place. Fresh bread comes out hot and fresh.
Man...this place has changed. Used to compare Logan's to another local roadhouse, but it's just not the same restaurant anymore. The server might have been really new, because the service wasn't good or fast, but that happens. The food was definitely different though. The burgers here were pretty good before the Age of the Facemask, but the burger I got was just a big block of unseasoned ground beef with a smashed flat bun. Again, service wasn't good, so our orders got mixed up or incorrect when served. This, when added to the quality of the food was just pretty disappointing. I hope they turn it around, as I used to really like this chain.
Just as every other time, the customer service, was top notch! The food was very prompt and exactly as we ordered cooked to perfection! The salads are action packed and almost a meal by themselves!
We went to the bar to wait for our seat and ordered a drink. Well what they consider the bar is only at the bar and not the surrounding seats. So we were confused about this. So allot of back and forth with, what they call management about seating. They took us off the list for dinner and didn't tell us untill we asked how much longer. The bartender got us back on the list and seated us near the so called bar by the kitchen at the smallest table. I know this was a disrespectful move on their part. And we were not happy. As far as the food goes it was good but the way we were treated was very disrespectful. Do better Logan's...
We were promptly seated. Staff was friendly. Our server was great, very attentive, made sure we had everything and needed for nothing. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip and it was delicious, fresh and hot. Our food didn't take long after the appetizer was served. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The New York strip was Amazing! It was flavored and cooked perfectly, so tender and juicy, it cut like butter! ??2 dinners, appetizer, ice tea and beer was reasonably priced at $52.45 and it was worth every penny!Great service and Delicious food, we will definitely be back with friends and we will be requesting the same server! ??A++
Steak was cooked to perfection and extremely juicy. Ribs were on the dry side but the sauce was pretty good. Service was adequate but not the best. All around a good experience.
Staff opened doors for us. We asked for high top in bar area and was quickly seated. 4 waitresses walked past us, while bar tender never even acknowledged us, although we're sitting in her bar area only 4 others were eating. Eventually got up to tell front seating host that no one has spoken to us yet! Bar tender comes over because they told her to as we're walking away and apologized she didn't know these were her tables!!! Seriously?? Regardless SOMEONE should have asked us if we had been waited on!! We left, won't be back
Surprised at how great of service we had here. The selection of food was good. The steak was cooked how I like it. The mashed potatoes were pretty ok. I also had a salad and the lettuce and stuff was all really crisp.
EXTREMELY EMBARRASSED AND UNPROFESSIONAL! FOOD WAS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! This is what happend! My Family and I decided we were going to stop at Logan’s before we went to the movies on Sunday we ordered our food the waitress was not really attending to us .The first set of ribs we ordered were not good I did NOT complain we ordered a second set it was better THEN I had a hair and my child’s macaroni I did tell the waitress about that and she rolled her eyes . I have three kids they got messy eating ribs decided I was going to take them to the bathroom wash up and let them go to the bathroom before We went to the movies my husband and my daughter over heard the whole entire staff in the restaurant Plus some customers saying to watch us they think we’re gonna run out on the ticket! We was in the bathroom the whole time I had three people come into the bathroom and see if we were in there that worked at Logan‘s two people went outside to watch my husband as he smoked a cigarette I spoke to the manager told her how embarrassed I was and customers heard them talking and for her judging all she said was well you proved us wrong you paid I’m sorry you shouldn’t have overheard them! CUSTOMERS HEARD THEM AS WELL I felt so embarrassed this is a $30 ticket we didn’t run up to $100 -$200 ticket I am so embarrassed to where I will never step foot in that establishment again the funny thing is as we have family and friends that are Attorneys this is not the last they’ve heard from us I have never been so embarrassed in my life I will never eat at Logan‘s in Lake Worth again!! They judge you before you even get a chance to prove to them you are not who they think you are they have no clue how much money I have so why judge because I’m young I feel sorry for anyone who has to go through that it is very embarrassing humiliating it completely ruins your whole experience!
