I love love love this chicken. Whew...it makes me want some just typing about it. Rrrr. I didn't get to eat as much as I wanted to last time cuz the bf and I got into disagreement and I went to sleep. Im eating instead of talking next time.

1. They don’t answer the phone! I tried placing my order ahead.2. I placed my order , they tell 7 minutes, it’s been over 20 minutes, who is managing this place.3. Customer service is atrocious!

Food was great but the latest customer service was terrible she didn't really hard talk to you just point at the sign we asked about hey what where your drinks when I drink so you have she's pointing at the sign like she want to be bothered kind of rude and she's just my food came she said this is yours handed to us and that was it I think I plenty of catch up if I guess you know and never smile and that was polite at all and the lady behind us she just didn't even send it to that late you just handed her food then say okay man I have your order ready or anything I mean but overall the food was great it was ready and a timely manner it was hot so we enjoyed that I told the coworker that was standing next to I told him tell her to smile more you get better results but overall it wasn't too bad of an experience except for dealing with her

Chicken smelled like fish and tasted like fish. The aftertaste of fist was very putrid. Don’t recommend spent $30 just to throw it all away.

Don't go here after 9pm. They don't serve sides after 9 nor cook anything else after 9pm. My chicken was cold and rubbery!! Worst experience ever with Lisa's Chicken at any location!!!

Worst costumer service , they are very rude to people. Man I'm the nicest person ever but they made me mad, n didn't gave me my food, not going back ever.

Best chicken and the Best prices around. Fish is great.

I would give this place a NO STARS rating because the service was horrible; nonetheless, I have to rate a forceful one star just to add a post. The store was not busy. However, the young lady acted as if I was interrupting her active “whatever.” The constant “is that all” is severely irritating. When handing the food out the window, she talked to the cook and did not turn her head until I grabbed the second (last) bag. Then briefly turned to say a forced “thank you.”My fries were cold when I arrived home. Gizzards (cooked fresh) tasted as if they had been sitting there all day. My double patty chicken fried steak is ruined with WATERY gravy. For a nearly $40 meal, it sure is hard to spend hard-earned money for below-grade service and food. I tried calling the restaurant several times only to be ignored, and voice mail was full.Sadly, this was The last Attempt to have a delicious and savory meal that Lisa's Chicken franchise has been known for.I have tried several other locations, and all have failed to meet minimum quality standards. All have disappointed.??

It was just OK for this location, nothing too exciting. I found it difficult to navigate up to the drive up window. The restaurant was out of the two things I drove out of my way far, so I settled for 3pc wings and a biscuit, and the biscuit looked terrible, and the wings were just OK. So I drove my 30-minute back home disappointed...
