I totally understand how inflation works and we r at an all time high but please someone explain to me HOW is it that a 3 piece leg went from 3$ and some change to 8$ at this restraunt a chicken strip dinner that use to be 6$ and some change is now 10$ I absolutely ? feel that this restraunt on camp bowie Blvd is undeniably taking advantage of the situation and the people I just paid 18.+for a 5 piece strip dinner and a 3 piece leg w small fry ....I can promise I was a 2x a week Lisa lover but because I feel they are taking advantage of an already bad situation they will never at least never at this particular restaurant get my hard earned money again and if another Lisa's is doing the same he'll I might as well go get me some popeyes....

First time trying Lisa's. Ordered the 10 piece fish and had to wait about 15; minutes and was told they had accidentally dropped one piece on the floor but it would be 10 minutes for the next batch but offered to replace it with chicken. And let me tell you, they not only replaced it, they gave us a free drink while we waited and hooked up the chicken, and both sides. Also were very polite and apologized. Service was exceptional and will be going back
I had tried to place an order over the phone Sunday night, but when I called, the lady said they quit taking over the phone orders at 9pm and made a point to tell me they close in 20 min. So we decided to wait for the next day.My mom placed an order over the phone to be picked up after we got off work. She called at 6pm and said that my husband and I would pick it up between 9 & 9:15, we arrived at 9:15 to get the food. We waited 20 minutes or more for them to get our order done, then we got home and they didn't even give us everything we ordered. It was about 9:45, 15 minutes before they closed, once we noticed that we were missing food. We tried to call them several times and they ignored all of the calls. My husband drove up the road to the restaurant and all their lights were off at that point.Their food was super greasy and has already upset my stomach. The only reason I put 2 stars is because my family liked some of the food they had gotten. Also, they threw in some random pieces for my moms order. She ordered two breast and got a leg and a thigh instead.Overall not happy and probably won't order from them again.
I have to give Lisa's a 5+ rating, I have never had any complaints with them, the employes are friendly and polite, the food is great, allways well prepared,They donate to feeding the homeless, unlike other businesses that throw it in the trash, give yourself some time when going there, the food is great so the lines are long.
Food is always fresh however I did get some fish that didn't seem to be freshly cook like I've always gotten. Prices are very reasonable.
It's always a long wait but the food is always on point and I mean always. You can't beat the prices. One of my go to spots for chicken tenders!!!
Food is great but don't plan on getting it soon. I love Lisa's but this location takes FOREVER. I will go to Northside and get my food before this one can hand it out. At least a 30 min wait for anything. And check your food, cause they will give you anything to get you out of the store. Signs everywhere saying check before you leave, no refunds. All so they can cut the drive thru line down.
The food is pretty good and the prices are good. They also NEVER actually have chicken livers so I don't even understand why they have it on the menu. They also NEVER answer their phone (based on about 20 attemps). Guaranteed to have the rudest, surliest staff in town!
Two stars because customers service was nice but I have picked up chicken from here twice and both times I have gotten sick. I thought it was just me but on the second trip my partner got really sick as well.
