Excellent Kroger store with a lot of good products, inluding cheese products, meat products, cold coffee brews and a lot of other stuff.
Because they did away with all the cashiers prices didn’t go down and we have to check our self out I will be going to Tom thumb from now on a few more blocks better service
I don’t really leave reviews on groceries stores but Simon was so helpful and so happy to help me. He definitely deserves a raise! People that are happy to do their jobs are hard to find ! And Kroger got lucky with him.
This is one of the bad locations. Never have much of anything in stock and always feels dirty.
Yo this place was an absolute dumpster fire this morning. They were re-stocking at 8:30 am on a Monday morning so the shelves were half empty while I was navigating around every crate known to man that was just chilling on the floor. It looked like the place had been robbed, the food that was on the shelves was seriously rummaged through and strewn about the place. Then, the only checkout available at 9:00 am on a Monday morning was self checkout. So that took ten years because I didn’t have 3 items. The staff was complaining about lack of staffing and I honestly don’t blame them. It was apparent that they were understaffed and overwhelmed.
Very fresh price produce was great employees were very outstanding bathrooms were clean smelled cleaned
the deli is huge with great selections and meal ideas. Boars Head is the best.
We were in town to help our foreign exchange student move into college. We figured since we were staying for a couple days, might as well cook some food at our Airbnb. Bella, the kind lady who brought out our food through Kroger pickup was very easy to talk to and even carefully put our groceries into our car (watching out for the eggs). For not going into the store, the person who brings out the food can make all the difference. Thanks Bella!
The store is clean and well stocked, the store personnel were all very pleasant and eager to help me. The quality of the products are solid and I look forward to visiting this store more often.
Had a horrible customer experience, very rude and unprofessional management as well as the under educated staff no customer service skills whatsoever NEVER RETURNING CHRIS was the unhelpful manager racial vibes for sure with the front of store employees working in the customer service booth smh .
