Surprised how nasty it was. Must have lots of fake reviews. I don't know how anyone could like it. Extremely salty with not much flavor. Would give 2 stars for how fast it came, but the a/c also wasn't working when I went. But then again, the noodles were hard, so maybe it would've been better if it didn't come out so fast and cooked a little longer.
We ordered ramen and okonomi fries for take out last week.As you can see, the fries barely even make up half the container (less than what you’d get in a small fries at McDonald’s). In addition, some of the fries were not even fully cooked. Quite disappointing as the flavor otherwise was very good.The ramen we asked that one come with the egg “on the side” due to religious reasons. Clearly meaning I wanted my egg in a separate container from my ramen but they instead set it to the side of my ramen bowl. The other ramen we ordered normal and the egg came in the center of the ramen.That said, the Ramen was delicious and the service was very good as well.
It was a relaxed environment with delicious ramen that you could select what was added. The only negative as all restaurants is it was chilly inside as the temp is set for the staff and not the customers.
Honestly I don’t think I was that hungry so I feel like I didn’t really get to fully enjoy the food. First few bites of my ramen were AMAZING but quickly got too salty and a strong garlic flavor for me personally; tempura & the beer I ordered were perfect! Staff is super attentive and communicative so that’s definitely a plus! Decor and atmosphere is fun and chill! Definitely feel like I have to come back and give it a second shot because I feel like it has strong potential to be a 10/10 experience for me so…stay tuned for an update!
Overall pretty good. Some aspects were excellent and some lacked. Karaage was good, the soup was pretty good, the noodles were a bit undercooked, but dang the soft boiled eggs were fantastic! Definitely appreciate the Japanese beers and sake as wellI would also like to add that the staff were excellent and the pork belly was an interesting very Texas take with it being similar to thick bacon
Tried something different and I really liked it. The whole ambience is quite amazing with the poster of Flying fish and some different things which stands out little different than the rest. Food is good ? ? no complaints. Parking available inside and outsidethe building.
Horrible food quality and slow service. Ordered the Tonkotsu Bisque. The Ramen is supposed to include lobster, snow crab, shrimp, and cashu. It was mostly burnt pieces of pork fat and no shrimp or crab could be found. I think there was two small pieces of lobster. My friends ordered the Miso and they both got sick and vomited later after. We will not be giving any further business here ever again.
Great taste but I was confused about ordering and needed menu guidance- no one greeted us or explained the menu. Wish there were nutritional information on the menu or a handout. We used an iPad to place our own order at a kiosk but would have liked to have a server since I’m not familiar with the restaurant.
The food was delicious and very appealing. However, their system makes it so difficult to change or add anything to your order. If you order and extra drink you’ll be waiting forever for it to arrive. It’s also very difficult to get someone’s attention if you had an issue with your order at the screens. No one comes to check in on you in case you need extra napkins or utensils so you have to hunt someone down, this is very inconvenient if you have little ones and might need a few extra napkins and what not. If you go understand that your food will take quite some time to be ready and be aware of all the inconveniences their ordering system brings, but also understand that the food is great!
Delicious ramen! Looking forward to coming here again with friends next time! Still kind of a bummer that they don't let you take Saki home with you, but that's alright. ??
