I love their chicken fried rice. I went to go pick up my food and the 2 cashiers girls seemed new and they were absolutely lovely. Food was served quick and delicious ?
The delivery was fast and the portions are really good and big. The food is really good aswell! I would definitely recommend this place if you want some good Chinese food! Will decently order form here again!
I will no longer be ordering from this location. I ordered chicken with hot garlic sauce and in my first bite I chomped on a small black rock. I called the restaurant not for a refund or different food, but to inform them that there might be rocks in their food and was met with a very aggressive attitude by Kristen. I was basically called a liar then Kristen started yelling about me trying to get her fired. This is one of the worst experiences I have had and I am deeply disappointed in King Wok and their staff. We will be reporting them to local food and health.
The food was excellent. Friendly staff and they always make me feel welcome. The prices are the best in town for the quality of food that's served. Even the delivery drivers are always Friendly. I highly recommend
This place is actually for lack of better words trifling. The girl at the register was beyond mean and disrespectful. I asked if it was possible to have my table cleaned before i sat down to eat and she flat out said No. Then disrespectfully pointed at a peer of hers, and said “ Hey you, go clean off that table”. They have zero customer service here and treat customers like trash. I’ll never go again. On top of that i strongly think my chicken was another animal meat besides chicken. This place is dirty and disgusting, i wouldn't recommend anyone eating their food!!! They also need to get another girl in the front if they want people to keep ordering their dog meat!! I love pets and thinking they kill other pet animals for their meat is like a nightmare, but beware!!!!
Ordered food from this place tonight and they ended up getting 2 of the items in my order wrong. Chicken fried rice was made spicy when I never requested that and chicken lo mein was ordered with chicken and noodles only and ended up with all the veggies in it. My kids won’t eat the spicy chicken friend rice so I called to inform them the orders were wrong. I’m guessing the manager got on the phone and was question if I specified these request and I said yes I did I even repeated my order back to make sure. I then heard her ask the lady who took my order if I had specified all this and she answered “no she did not” as if I was lying. And then asked me what it is I wanted her to do about this. After I got my point across that I had not asked for spicy chicken fried rice or the other order she said she would have the correct one sent out to us but I needed to return the food given to us to make sure I was not lying about it all being messed up. Now we have ordered this same order number ours time and never had any issues but after tonight we will not order again.
I ordered my food and I was told it would take 20 minutes. I got to the restaurant and the lady at the counter was really rude! I waited 45 minutes for my food inside the restaurant. I get that everyone is short staffed and it may take longer but they need to change the expected time to reflect the actual time it’s going to take. The food is just okay. I will not order from here again. Please train your cashier proper customer service skills to avoid losing business. Customers are already frustrated with the unexpected wait time and the rude cashier will not help the situation.
Never received our food after almost 2 hours. When I called the store the lady on the other end said that someone was on their way to deliver it. I waited another 20 minutes and yet nothing came and when we went to the store it was still there. Not only was I lied to about my order being on the way but having to wait almost two hours without communication?
Ordered on doordash , on the app it says they deliver their own orders so to contact them if you need help , when I called to check on the status of my order , the lady DIDNT SAY ANYTHING and I sat on the phone for a minute saying “hello?” . Super annoying . Have t received my food
This is the garlic chicken, every time I've ordered here was amazing. So much better than all the other Chinese places around here. I will only be ordering from here from now on. Their rice is very high quality as well. Never mushy sticky stuff like all these other places. It blows my mind that people don't rate this place five stars. They HOOK it up with the vegetables!! Their vegetables are always ripe and fresh, never brownes or wilted or undercooked. ??They said 40 minutes on the delivery time and I got the food 33 minutes after I placed the order! Their sauces are great too. You can tell their cooks don't cross contaminate in their fryers, unlike places such as taste of asia(their chicken ALWAYS tastes like fish). Keep up the quality work and hats off to the chef's!!!???
