Went there with our family. They all had burgers and I had a chicken sandwich. We were all very pleased with our orders. The fries and onion rings are great. Fresh and awesome meat and chicken. Great service. Relaxed atmosphere, very informal attire.

Best burgers around. I’ve liked it for over 25 years

We loved this location it was my second time at their restaurant ever. The first location had me disappointed they way they made my burger. But let me tell y'all I'm so glad I gave it another shot and wow they made my hamburger to perfection. The service was superv all the young folks in there working hard. The manager was very sweet working along their side making sure costumers were happy with our order. I'll be back possibly weekly ?

Regular cheeseburger and crinkle fries!! So good!

Upon entering, I loved it! Very old-fashioned and reminded me of going to the burger places where my parents grew up. Everything after that was just okay. The cashier was somewhat rude and impatient/short with everyone she encountered. Guess it wasn’t her day. I ordered the Cattleman burger and to say it looked nothing like the pic is an understatement. That pic is all juicy, bbq flowing down the sides, melted cheese, thick onion ring, I got none of that. Mine looked like a cracked out, dry McDonald’s burger. But the price isn’t bad so I guess that made up for it? The place was clean, so I did appreciate that. And I loved the decor. It’s at least worth a visit.

First the place was clean, including the restrooms.Second the staff was nice and funny at times when ordering my food. The vibe is chill.Third they offer local products like Best Maid and moon pies love that they support local businesses.Forth the support Military! I’m veteran and I love doing business with companies that acknowledges my service to my county. Most places only give a 10% but they give more. Now the food , oh my gosh the best cheeseburger ? I have had in a long time and the fries cooked to perfection. The onion rings perfect amount of batter and once again cooked to perfection. The whole environment invites you to come and make friends sit at a bench style restaurant absolutely in love with the food the atmosphere all of it a 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a new experience head to Kincaid‘s hamburgers..

I had to put a star to make a comment. I was rooting for Kincaids to be a good place for burgers but it was not! June 16th we ordered burgers for our lunch some were overdone and the others were raw. I proceeded to call the manager and explain the situation of my co workers having burgers done on the outside raw on the inside and the manager proceeded to tell me that you can’t get sick from eating rare meat which was besides the point… the point is we did not order rare burgers! I didn’t ask for an explanation! Then I was told that the cook was new and I understand that, but that doesn’t negate cooking burgers someone should’ve been there to oversee that burgers were done! I cannot recommend this place and I will not be back also my onion rings were hard and stuck together and looked like fingers crossing!News Flash:My co worker got deathly ill from the rare meat that was not supposed to make you sick! She did refund our money! No refund will make this okay!

This location isn't the best compared to other Kincaid's locations, but it's still a decent experience. We (family of 4) went at peak lunch time on a Friday, and the wait time was sufficient for the quality of the food, which is always good. The customer service is the lagger, but it's not terrible. Kincaid's is a Fort Worth staple and a good place to meet and eat.

If you expect an uncooked burger come here!! My son was just getting a cheeseburger with bbq and before he even tasted it I saw it wasn’t cooked! I was rudely told by one of the ladies in the kitchen this is how we cook them…medium rare!! Unless I tell them to cook them done ✅ They did re make it I appreciate that so I didn’t ask for a refund. I spoke to the manager and said uncooked beef is a health concern!! I should have taken a pic before I threw it out!! We won’t be back! If you know up front you have to specifically ask for a cooked burger 🍔 maybe 🤔although it isn’t Anything posted to inform the patrons. We can get better experience somewhere else.

This location has gone downhill. Three times I have been in the last 2 months and no tea, sweet or un-sweat. You do realize this is Texas and sweet tea is as vital to a meal as a bat is to a baseball player. The employees are rude, lazy and there didn't seem to be a manager in sight. Made my burger wrong, added mayo when I said mustard, and to fix my order the guy got a knife and proceeded to wipe off the mayo. Seriously? Won't ever be back. Now that Fred's Texas Cafe has opened their new location I can drive just a little further to get a good burger.
