This location is very nice. Right off the highway/service road. Service was great. In particular our server that day. Most folks are just "doing their job" so the rudeness isn't personal BUT ☝ our guy actually took 2 seconds to say "parden my reach"! This allowed me the chance to cover my plate or glass when he grabbed or put something down. And before you assume he was flirting...no, women are not his interest. He absolutely deserves a raise and promotion. Would make for an ideal trainer. Hence the 5 stars.
Almost everything here was Top Notch. We had the fried mozzarella as an appetizer, and it was some of the best I've ever had. The french fries were great, the broccoli was cooked perfect, the white rice that was served with my Lobster was the best I've had in awhile.For my main meal I had the lobster tails, and they serve three of them. So the portion is generous. However the first go-around they were over cooked and very hard to cut. I sent two of them back and the ones that came back were cooked correctly.Very courteous wait staff and manager. We will be back. Although I will be trying a different dish next time.
Place was fun to go too the food was great are host was the best plus they got some really cool stuff on walls I liked it.
Edit after second recent visit, we went back tonight 04/03/22 and were waited on by Cash and Chase…. They absolutely rocked it, they were polite, helped with suggestions, and very attentive…. We will be back again with hopes that one of these two get our table.Wow!!During the pandemic we had to stop coming to our favorite spot…menu was short, staff was short, it just wasent the same….HOWEVER! We finally decided to go back, and we are so happy that we did!!! The food and service were just as amazing as before!!! I highly recommend the steam pots, and add a cluster of king crab!!! You will not be disappointed! Thanks Joes for the fabulous dinner!!! We will be back soon!!!
It was great. Server was great. Didn't have to wait long for our order and the meal was delicious. The regional manager was very nice and spoke with us for about 10 minutes after our meal. Very friendly man. I'd give them an A+ and recommend Joe's Crab Shack to fill your sea food cravings.
Hadn't been there in a while. Food was good. My son loves the snow crab legs. They have a kids menu as well for the toddlers. Alcohol beverage was too strong for me but I'm a light weight?
Love JCS for a long time. The drinks are great. The appetizers are very good too. I hate that they no longer have the red fish with lobster sauce. But still a nice place with a great vibe!

Great staff, good food, and a fun atmosphere. Our server was attentive without being obtrusive. The general manager is very friendly and outgoing. A good place to eat.
