Ive tried to give the owner/operator an opportunity to solve privately without success. There was an issue with my order a few weeks ago. I was understanding after waiting over an hour for my order and it arriving missing items. I called immediately and let them know so I can be refunded for the missing items. I was super understanding as things happen but I also shouldnt have to pay for items i didnt recieve. The refund never arrived. So I reached out through the online form to resolve this considering it wasn't resolved at the store level. I STILL have yet torecieve a response. If I came into your establishment and took items eithout paying that would be theft. I shouldnt have to foot the cost for my missing items either. It's the same thing. Off to disputing with my credit card company we go!
There is a man that works at night who is it a bit bigger which I apologize for saying it like that and I hope if he sees this he forgives me next time I come I'll get his name. Every time my children and me go through the drive thru this gentleman is extraordinary, from taking our order, walking us through options to what's on the subs drinks etc. and on top of that he's by his self, a lot of the time he's so busy I don't know how he does it, but everytime and I mean everytime he has a smile on his face He genuinely loves his job as he's mentioned so many times. I can't explain how appreciate we are for him and it's insane to think someone who works in food service has that effect on someone he doesn't even know! Thank you for being so sweet so genuine to me and my family. He's a big part of why we eat here so many times a week!
Had been the recent go to for sandwiches in the area, the food is good, but the past TWO visits to this location have been VERY sub par. If this going to be an issue going forward & my orders can’t be filled as ordered, then I may as well go back to subway & save money if the value is no longer there.
$34 for 2 of these basic small sandwiches that have more onions than meat. Subway is better than this…

I'm a regular who works close to this shop. Never had an issue and always great, friendly, and speedy service. Usually order online and keep it simple. Big fan.
…so far, no complaints here… this is our go to place for sandwiches because they never disappoint. Actually, the only time i have ever been disappointed with this location is that they run out of jalapeño chips really fast. LoL(((…we always pick up our orders and use the app… easy peasy ッ )))
I'm rather upset with the Fort Worth location. They delivered to me 2 weeks ago without any issue. Now I'm being told I'm outside the delivery radius. I'm 4 miles away. I guess I'm done with Jimmy John's.

I called up here to ask if this Jimmy Johns was hiring. I did call right before 12 and the manager who spoke on the phone with me said, "I dont hire people who call during lunch time".. It was an honest mistake so I dont see why this person had to be so rude.. Yall hang up so many signs and put at the bottom of the receipts that you guys a hiring desperately due to the shortage of labor right now.. I have 6+ years of working at Jimmy Johns and wouldnt even need much training, so your loss.
