Very friendly staff. A lot of food for the money and the Philly was top notch.
Only second time here. Haven’t even tasted my sandwich yet but I wanted to leave a great review for the staff. Being in the field of customer service we are so lacking this kind of valuable team. Great set of guys, quick, and awesome customer service. Hard to find these days!

My wife and I have been coming to this location for two years now and it has never disappointed. The workers are all friendly and the food is amazing. The wait time is never bad, even when they are busy. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work.
Store was already closed prior to the time on the door. I went inside to be told they were already closed. I said that it wasn’t 9 yet. They would not serve us and had already had everything packed up. Your sign says 9, you serve clients until 9. By the time I was finished arguing and walked back to my car, it still wasn’t 9!
They served me right before close! Best crew, always a top notch sandwich and somehow faster than Janky Johns.
This location is always spot on. ??My sandwiches are fresh and they are made exactly how I instruct, EVERYTIME! ? Bravo to management and workers for keeping this establishment running perfectly since day 1.Unfortunately so many restaurants, especially chains, start out perfect but begin to lack in quality and service over time but not here, you started strong and you only continue to improve. Ordered online, the male greater at the counter was very pleasant and had my order ready. I payed for additional chips and the woman helping him gave me an additional bag to carry it out. My sandwich was so delicious and I will be ordering from here again. Very clean.
FAVORITE sammich place! These folks know what they're doing - always courteous, always fast, always a perfect sammich. This is the best place to go in the Saginaw area. Way to go, Jersey Mikes Team!
