To go order of 5 subs was too much to ask for at this location, this is the first time I place an order and got something totally different. I ordered a #43 and I have no idea what I received but it was NOT #43 the other 4 subs were labelled incorrectly and one of those was something else as well. Not to sure when I will be back to this location
Online order. Normally is great. One of the sandwiches was missing the bacon that was supposed to be included. It was also missing cheese and may so it came out a little lacking but still good overall. For the cost it should be right every time.
On today I went to lunch at 12pm and came here to order food. I try to pay for it at the register a couple of times but the system was not working. The two guys and the young lady to help and restart it but it was giving us the blues. So the guy behind the counter bless me on today and said he got it. That it’s on him. He was such a blessing for me on today. I pray that God bless him and those who helped
My family and I love this Jersey Mike’s location. Everyone is so friendly. Tonight I noticed the customer in front of me being irrationally mean to the nice girl who was trying to make his sandwich for him. She was very patient and kind despite his rude behavior. It was close to their closing time and she has probably had a long day but she still smiled and tried very hard to be kind and helpful. I wish I knew the her name because she deserves an award or a promotion! When she was making my sandwich I told her thank you and I hope she has a nice night. Please remember to be kind to customer service workers. There were only a few people working tonight but they were working very hard and you can tell they care about making sure every customer is satisfied, (even the rude ones). Also try the #8 Mike’s Way on rosemary parm bread, it’s incredible!
I love this place they are very nice people the way I like my sandwich made this place the only ones that make it rite I would recommend anyone to this restaurant here you would be satisfied
Really good sandwiches...staff was helpful and friendly... I was pleasantly surprised...and have been back twice.
Always delicious and fresh. For me the number 16 chicken Philly or number 9 club supreme. Clean store well maintained appearance.
Sandwich was good but the lady who barely greeted me was not too great. I guess I was expecting a smile and the feel of welcome. I did not get that at all. I work with customers all day, so I know how it goes.
This location is great! The staff are so friendly and really exemplify what great customer service is expected to be. I was here today, Sat 9-25-21 around 4 PM. I don't know the employees' names, but I informed them I would leave them a good review. My #13 was perfectly made, thank you!
Food was fresh. Made to my order. Fast service. Cleaned mach upon request and changed gloves too! Not real sure wheat bread was wheat...looked more like white bread. Could have been fresher...ends were hard when they should've been soft.
