We live around the corner and we come to this location all the time or will place an order in line and Blake he messed up on our order he put mustard on the sandwich and I called and told him the situation he said bring the sandwich back and then if you stay here then we can make another oneSo he wanted me to sit there while he made the other one like it just made me feel like I was lying. Also his pants are very filthy and they touch the counter when they’re making sandwiches so he really needs to think about that and make sure that his clothes are clean when he does come to work. Also in the situation the coworkers are very unprofessional and they’re sitting there laughing and snickering about the situation while I’m waiting. It’s those two that have been there the longest it’s just it’s frustrating to feel uncomfortable in a situation like this when we spend our money here.
Yes, it's a little expensive, but the rosemary bread is fantastic and they make a damn good sub. All the employees are very nice as well. It's my go-to sandwich place!
Had a great experience here this afternoon. Wonderful, smiling staff and a perfectly made sandwich. Added a choc chip cookie today that was fantastic. Thanks so much.

Store is clean and staff are professional. The sub is made hot and fresh for you from the grill.
First employee greeted us with a loud "are you picking up an order, I replied no and he rolled his eyes at us. I got there at 530 and they were closing at 7 so it wasn't like we got there right before closing. Then the next employee proceeded to talk to us extremely rushed and rude while he was talking his pen in annoyance as we ordered made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The guy at the end that was actually putting condiments on our sandwich was very sweet though but the overall experience we have had here(this isn't the first unpleasant experience) will deter us from this location in the future.
The workers were nice they greet us as we came in through the door the place is nice and clean got the food fast everything was fresh I will end up going back over there again

I go to this Jersey Mike’s all the time and have ordered the EXACT same thing since this location opened. I order #5 Replacing the prosciutti and cappacuolo with Pepperoni and Salami. (Keep in mind it’s $1.00 less than the #13.) When I went today I placed my usual order it was suggested that I get a #13 which has the same exact meats and they would remove the Prosciutti and cappacuolo because they were unable to substitute the meats as requested on #5. Okay this is something new for this particular location got it. What I’m trying to understand is why would I pay more for a #13 with less meat since meats can’t be substituted? Help me make it make sense.I’m not bashing this location because the staff is amazing. Unfortunately they definitely lost my business I’m not paying more for less.
