Food was hot, done on time. I ordered online and only dropped in to pick up the item so no encounter with the clerks. But I gave special instructions to not add cheese and they didn't follow it. I'm pretty lenient so another opportunity came to order from there and again I gave special instructions and I kid you not... every morsel of meat was smothered in cheese. I couldn't even eat it. After 2 times.... I'm quite disappointed. I guess they Love cheese at this location and feels everybody should eat it.
The veggie sandwich was descent. A bit sour for my taste but good overall
Have come to this location on Hulen about six times the last few months. Everything is super fresh, the staff always greet us with smiles and friendly service. They also get my order right. I will continue to go to this location as long as they continue this type of service and freshness.
The workers are very polite and nice. The food is delicious.
Jersey Mike's is and old school Sub shop with hot and cold sandwiches. I've had the big Kahuna and the number 13 Italian sub. The bread is good, and the Subs are tasty. For me personally the big Kahana could have a touch more flavor, I tend to salt that Sub. The meat sliced while you wait, OLD School, it's a different experience. Delis, Sandwich shops, Sub shops are always a personal preference and when you find a consistent quality shop let people know. Customer service is always attentive and friendly. Stop by this Hulen location or any jersey Mike's enjoy.
I used to love to walk in to the Hulen Jersey Mikes, Now the staff is very quiet and it doesnt feel welcoming. They dont ask if you wanna use the shore points or anything. seems like there is a bad chemistry between staff. Chisholm Trail Jersey Mikes is where its at tho. I hope they improve at Hulen.
Sandwiches are amazing, you get what you pay for and it's to die for. I don't go anywhere else to get a hot sub or philly.
Only complaint is the cashier took and handled payment of customer behind me without changing gloves before proceeding to make another sandwich.
Not sure. We love jersey mikes. Today we found ourselves having to use a delivery service. Several things went wrong. 1. I wanted a turkey sub, but ALWAYS sub the provolone out for Swiss. I have a hard time believing that I am the only person that change the cheese and and there should be a choice for a choice if cheese. There’s plenty of choices for other things. 2. I decided to order a tub and for some reason I must have clicked the wrong tub because it said a different typ
