I used to be the GM of this store years ago and came back to check in and see what the store is like and I was VERY happy. The GM Daniella was super friendly and the two other guys Enrique and Landry were super friendly and efficient too. You always worry when you leave a place that it won’t be like how you left it, but they are killing it and it does my heart good.
Friendly staff, prompt service. The Philly cheese steak seemed a bit light on the meat, but tasted great.
There was a difficult customer in the store at the same time as me, and one of the workers, a young man (I wish I caught his name) was so courteous and respectful. He was positive to his co-workers and very friendly to everyone there. This review is for him!!
Loved the atmosphere. Loved the workers. Didn't love that there were only 2 people there. Keep up the hard work guys.
Uncomfortable experience. The staff looked sad and tired. No smiles or greetings. The one taking my order didn't speak loud enough to be heard. They moved so slowly even though there were several staff standing around. They mixed up my order with the next one bc it had the same sandwich on it. I got my sandwich for free with a coupon, but I just felt bad for everyone there.
This place has the most friendly staff I've ever seen at any sandwich shop! The food is great too.
My favorite sandwiches to eat are from Jersey Mike's. Bring up in Brooklyn New York I love to be able to get a taste of home when I come here.

I've always loved Jersey Mikes but the service has gone down hill and the staff never seems to want to be there.
Ive ordered twice from this restaurant a tuna sandwich it has no option on uber eats to unselect or add mayo or leave out the vinegrette. I called multiple times with no answer and when my Uber Eats driver asked him my request he said it was too late. Horrible service and for the price?? I will not eat here again nor encourage friends and family to come at this location. You have lost a customer Pathetic!
