Food was excellent! Everything was clean, except they gif behind on clearing tables. They had 3-4 people come out and they cleaned all of the tables. The staff is also very nice, too.
Manager (Veronica?) was so very sweet to us. Without going into detail, she's a very caring person and a great representative for their company. We love the salad bar and the variety on the menu as well!
Jason's is the kind of restaurant where you can expect the same high quality throughout the chain. I always enjoy their salad bar and sandwiches. Maybe I should branch out, but why? Other places scrimp on the meat, but not here. Come hungry!
I travel the metroplex for work. Whenever I'm in the area, this is my place. Been to a lot of jason's deli locations. This is by far the best. Everyone always greets with a smile, and goes above and beyond normal customer svc. Food has always been fresh and delicious. Thank you for all you do.
This location decided to give themselves a high percentage tip on my take out order without my permission. I called and was told they give themselves tips when the orders have extra items. I didn’t even order extra items and the lady I spoke with confirmed that I didn’t order extra items. She said it looks like they just decided to give themselves a tip.
Nothing wrong with the staff, they were polite, but they are now only allowing you to the salad bar with one trip, same price as before. I left. The only reason I go is for variety so I am out unless they change back to before, especially at the same price.
Just got home with our to go order, which was a ham muffuletta. What I got was a turkey muffuletta with 2 slices of turkey on it! As much as restaurants need patronage during this nightmare we’re living, you’d think they would try harder. And they were not busy, at all! Thanks for ruining my one night out!
Visited yesterday for the 1st time ever! I was so excited to see a baked potato as an entree option. I got the bigger size (Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato), and I could only eat half of this deliciousness! I let my boys split the leftovers for dinner, even though secretly I didn't want to share. Also, the ladies at the register were so kind and welcoming, and the other employees were helpful too. They deserve recognition for their customer service. We will definitely come back soon. Would love to suggest another potato customization!
GM Client is a really nice guy. Took the time to speak with me about nothing special, and make my order from start to finish. I really appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. Will be going back to this location when the opportunity presents itself.
They have busy spurts but the employees are friendly.
