Food's good, compared to some of the other joints around here. What does that tell you? Gone downhill since covid but prices have gone up. I would suggest washing your potatoes at least. Chewing on a mouthful of dirt is not pleasant. Also, please double check your drive thru and pick up orders, we've been jacked for items a few times. Makes it very inconvenient for your customers to have to call in to get a refund or credit. Few times this happened we forget, so the location ends up keeping that $$$.
Food was great. Always good. But the drive thru female can't be bothered by acting like a human being and showing ANY respect. Seriously, she wouldn't speak. No thank you, no have a good night, typical attitude. There is NO excuse for wearing such long hideous ugly bright yellow nails in a good establishment. She simply wouldn't speak. A simple thank you is not too much to ask.
I was met with great customer service and hospitality when I needed an event catered recently. Josh was very patient and kind. If you need to place a group order or catering order, Josh and this store will take care of you!

I went through the drive at Jason’s Deli on Overton Ridge in Fort Worth, Tx on Sunday 2/27. I waited in line behind 2 cars for over 40 minutes. When I got to the window, they did not even have my order. I was told they would have to retake my order and There would be another 20 minute wait. I asked to speak to the manager. The guy that came to the window looked down the entire conversation and said there was mother he could do. No apology and he did not act as if he cared I spent almost an hour in-line. This is unacceptable. I would like a call from the manager asap.
I ordered a salad, with about 15 things in it, and when I got my delivery it only had lettuce, cheese, cucumbers and croutons. I'm not sure who prepares these orders but you need to replace them with a person WHO CAN READ
Pick anything on the menu and it's going to be great but the best of the best here is their salad bar.
Jason's Deli was good this evening as it always is. Had the Carmela sandwich with chips. The sandwich was excellent and very tasty. Jason's is always a go to restaurant for a great sandwich.
Salad bar is one and done now. I went easy my first go thinking I’d have a second bowl, but that was a no go. Be warned and maybe just make that salad at home.
I go to Jason's quite a bit and today's visit was an epic fail! I ordered chicken ceasar salad and bowl gumbo. I get home to find, I have ranch dressing, and the bottom of the salad was wet, because of water sitting at the bottom of the salad. The gumbo was just roux with okra, hardly any rice and no shrimp or sausage. I call the restaurant to make them aware of my disappointment, but they can't be bothered to answer the phone. It might be time to give Panera a try.
