They have good food and an good atmosphere but this can be slow with getting orders out, especially if yours is to-go. They also are not the best with modifications and if something is wrong with the order (they ran out if an ingredient, etc.) They often do not call to tell you, they tell you when you're already there picking it up and some times don't even check till after you've payed - but when that happened they did replace the meal for no extra cost.
Food is great but not so sure about the service. The Texacado flatbread is great, totally recommend. However, I Ordered soup and it was never brought out. I had to request a refund. The ordering process felt very flustered and rushed.
Friday 4-1-22 at 840 pm.. Worst Jason's Deli I have been to.. Place is filthy, nasty, trash on floor..food was cold and cook had an attitude when asked to warm it up, ice cream machine down, just a bad experience with employees sitting at tables texting on their phones.. SMH
Food was wonderful service excellent. Cashier very attentive double checked my order twice before placing it. Made sure I had plenty of condiments before I left the store
Very Tasty Food With Great Service
Today is March 5, 2022 and the time is 1722 I went to this location to eat I got me a California club sandwich with two sides and an ice tea I ordered it with no veggies I get my sandwich I take a bite and I realize it has veggies in it .So a Hispanic lady told them to make the croissant turkey California club no veggies with avocado and with cheddar cheese and with bacon but when I got the sandwich back it was a much smaller sandwich in the first one that I got that’s the only reason why I gave them four stars they should’ve given me the proper order instead of me having to wait and get it redone again
I enjoy your Gumbo and Sandwiches. I picked up on this visit but have had delivered since. I think your restaurant offers a good break from the dang burgers, fried chicken, and fried fish baskets. Refreshing. This restaurant had good service. If its Lunch time.........well look at the parking lot on Google Maps and you will see it may be a bit difficult during the normal busy hours. So delivery for now on and still taste really good. Especially your Gumbo. Ha
It's been years since I've been to a Jason's Deli, glad I am back. Very great customer service and great sandwiches!??
They rarely answer the phone. And when they do, they automatically put you on hold. Two weekends in a row now, I’ve wanted to place a to go order. And have gone to Torchy’s instead because well, their phone.Good food though!!
They have a new baked potato called the CB RANCH and it was so delicious. I asked the cashier lady what should I get an she suggested this potato ? and boy was she right.I will be ordering this for now on.
