Very slow and staff seem disorganized. I went in to order, while I was paying, cashier walked off and started putting tacos in a fryer. Soda was out of most choices and area was very dirty. I patiently waited for my popcorn chicken and finally after 12 min, went up and asked. They were in the basket above the fryer. Food was hot obviously and was what I ordered but overall this site needs a visit from corporate. Dirty all over inside and staff were in each other’s way and not communicating or processing orders in a smooth timely manner.

First of all, awful customer service. Girl at the window was extremely rude. Being in the service industry, i definitely would never speak to customers like that. Second of all, why have only 1 person working an entire restaurant? Missing 4 tacos, didn’t even get the right sandwich. Extremely frustrating considering we just waited 30 minutes to order, and have to go back to the end of the line to (hopefully) get the correct food this time.
Always quick service and with a smile! The ladies and gentlemen that work this location in the morning are A-mazing! Love this location!!

So they didnt have sourdough bread so i asked for the buttery bread instead of giving it to me they gone charge me when they dont have the bread that actually goes with the sandwich and tue lady was very rude about it her name tag said daniel and she a manager not going there anymore!!
Do NOT go to location on I20 in Forest Hill. We went there about 1030pm and they only had 2 people there. They had no tacos and were not serving breakfast at all. The service was so slow and the person taking orders and at the window was rude. They did get my order correct either. There was milkshake all over the drive thru window so I assume they passed off someone before us. What a waste of our time and money!
Today, instead of fresh onion on my breakfast (order # 118, which was 2 egg and cheese biscuits), I got pickles instead. Yesterday, there was coffee spilled in my hash brown's small paper bag. That's two mess-ups in two days with the same customer. I wonder......?

I went to the drive thru with my husband and was told by the 3rd shift employee that we could only order ONE combo meal PER car? So we did not patronize and went to another burger place right down the street that is also 24 hours.
