My experience at J’s Tasty Kitchen was great! The food was very tasty! The barbecue was off the bone!The greens, fish and peach cobbler was delicious! Check it out!
Wings were super hard. Fries were wack.6 hard, tiny wings and lame fries $14 and change, smh.I'm extremely appalled at what I was served.Drove 30mins each way... should've checked my plate before I left.Hot wings are dry rub. My fault for not asking.Lady at drive thru was super duper nice.I try really hard to support these types of businesses, but I give up.
Not the worst I’ve ever tasted but not the best . Potato salad was bland . Ordered a chopped beef sandwhich it tasted ok. Ordered Kool aid and it tasted very old like it was left in the fridge with the lid off of it and here’s a pic of my sons fish plate
So good! The seasoning is amazing and you can definitely taste the wonderful crafted and delicately blended combination in each plate! The customer service was also sweet and attentive. I felt at home like I genuinely felt like I knew everyone for a long time.Can't wait to go back! Like Dora the explorer says, " DELICIOSO!"
I was driving down Mansfield Highway and see J’s tasty kitchen. I wanted to stop and get me and my godmother something to eat.So we stopped because it says Homestyle cooking so we like let’s try So we get our food we ordered the rib plates which come with two sides beans collard greens cornbread and ribs I tell you right now the sides were horrible the peach cobbler taste like Rusty pan and grease The beans and greens had no flavor potato salad taste soggy no taste I don’t know who runs his place but they really need to read the reviews They put barbecue sauce on my ribs and didn’t asked me if I wanted any, they add barbecue sauce and drenched in barbecue sauce. Jay’s tasty kitchen you gotta do better than this or you’re parking lot will always be empty!!!!!!!
My husband and I were visiting this area, and we wanted to try a different taste of cooking. Homestyle cooking restaurants are hard to find unless you are in Louisiana, Mississippi, or cooking it yourself. But when we saw that J's Tasty Kitchen is a homestyle cooking restaurant, we decided to stop. The food was flavorful, the recipes were amazing, and the customer service was awesome! It was great to find out that they also cater! We will definitely be back!
The chopped beef sandwiches, Mac N Cheese, and collard greens were amazing! I will be back again and again to order this tasty plate! Not to mention how great the customer service was! I could tell I was truly valued as a customer!
LOOK WHEN I TELL YOU THIS FOOD IS THE BOMB AND MY PLATE WAS FULL WITH BIG PORTIONS…. THEY ALSO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THAY SOUL FOOD & CORNBREAD BE BUSSIN??
