They only thing that needs to change is a bigger meat patty. The onion slice was way bigger than the meat

The drink cups are still no recyclable. How about offering reusable cups for sale and customers can bring them back for a small discount on drinks (by increasing the price for disposable cups)? Or better yet, use reusable cups, plates and utensils for dine in customers and wash/sanitize them after each use. It would save an incredible amount of water and resources. Still safe.Add bins for composting left over food (There is a local program for business waste composting).Add bins to recycle left over drinks and ice - can be used for watering the landscaping at least.Give discounts to customers who pull up in the drive thru in electric/hybrid vehicles.
Tried it 3 times now. In and out not that great the fries are not the best a 1.5 out of 5 the burgers are a 2.5 out of 5. The meat is maybe 4oz or less. The presentation is great the burger looks delicious but once you taste it no a 2.5 out of 5. Like I said I went 3 times to 3 different in and outs and nope whataburger or a restaurant burger I prefer.
This restaurant was built right next to my office a few years ago but I never had an inclination to come because I’m not big on burgers. Recently someone gave me a card for a free lunch so here I am having a “free lunch “. I had a Double Double with Cheese and Fries, the burger was good, better than those of the two largest chains but the fries were quite average. It was raining when I came and they give free hot chocolate on rainy days, a nice touch, so I had one with marshmallows, if I had to pay for it I would.

Don't understand why this place is so popular but that's just me. Everything here is pretty mediocre. The burger is fine, nothing special. Fries are probably the worse thing thing there, taste like slightly salted paper. The drinks are good, the sweet tea and lemonade are the best there in my opinion.
We came at 1:20 in the morning and the service was exemptional. We have been drinking and we're looking for a good meal without having to prepare anything at home, and this place hit the spots. We had a great experience getting our food with these people. I will definitely be back and recommend this place as a late night stop.
Never had In-N-Out before(east coast kid). I will definitely be going again. Animal Style Double Double was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. This location is always busy but they have a great system of getting thru the line.
I am so happy they have in and out in Texas. Probably the only thing I miss from California and it's here so I don't have to miss it. Staff is always friendly and helpful so the quality of service continues just like if you were back there. And the food is always delicious. I will be back.
