When we first got here, I was unsure if the location was open. However upon going inside we learned that it was, just not busy at all. We got here at 7 in the evening, and there was only a couple of tables with a couple of people. The food was good, and very reasonably priced. I recommend coming during their happy hour that runs from 3 to 9 during the week. The wait staff on the other hand seemed untrained, didn't write anything down, tried to serve us somebody else's food, and had to come back with parts of our order three different times. Very hard location to find. If you don't know where it is, you're going to be driving around. We used Google Maps and were still driving around. They need a sign that you can see twenty or thirty feet up in the air. Like the other ones.
Great service and great food. It was also a lot faster than we expected. They were not extremely busy and our waitress was fantastic.
***edit the manager called me the next day and refunded my order, was very helpful and nice.Called when I arrived for my pick up and was told my order wasn't ready and hung up on. I waited 25 minutes then went inside and my order was sitting at the pick up counter. Came home and was not given the tres leches pancakes I paid for. The hash browns were over cooked and chewy, the eggs looked like they were microwaved in a bowl as it came in one bowl shaped piece. The burrito we ordered came without any chicken on it. Overall highly disappointed
Went on a busy sunday, but all the meats i got were cold and i wasnt able to get syrup for my pancakes for a good 20 to 30 mins.
Service was incredibly slow and the food came out cold. The coffee tasted horrible like it was sitting on the burner. Didn’t finish the meal.
I JUST put in a order via ubereats for the NEW! Cali roasted turkey melt that mentions it comes with roasted turkey breast, hickory smoked bacon, Wisconsin whole milk cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, FRESH AVOCADO SLICES WITH MAYO ON MULTIGRAIN BREAD YET MY AVOCADO AND MAYO ARE MISSING!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Our waitress didn't bother to write down our order and somehow had pumpkin pancakes on the brain despite both of us telling her Winter Wonderland for one of the orders and I asked for avocado with my breakfast and two orders if milk with our meal. So naturally when our plates arrived the order was messed up, pumpkin pancakes, no avocado and no milks. Then we had no less than 4-5 different staff members asking every 5 minutes if everything was OK during our meal and when it came time to pay we waited at least a good 10 minutes just sitting there. TLDR: Food was mediocre at best, nothing to rave about while service was horrible. No tip
Literally the cook had to bring my food since my waiter was to busy talking. Never once checked up on us. Mind you it was only like 3 tables super slow ! I’m always a person who tips but I never tip someone who was rude and not even once attended us correct ! When I asked for to go boxes they gave attitude !
horrible experience! i went at the slowest time with only like 3 other customers in the restaurant and had to wait 15 minutes to just be seated. once seated, no one attended to us for another 10 minutes. then waiting 25 minutes for two meals for them to cold and undercooked. save your time and appetite and DO NOT come here.
