Excellent food (we had the omelettes)& the service was above & beyond & we were a table of 6 adults. Our waitress, ( I wish I would've gotten her name) was courteous & very efficient.
I hate to write bad reviews but I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant before.Waitress literally never brought us anything after she took our order. Someone else brought drinks but never offered to refill after they were empty. When the food did come out 30 minutes later (not busy) it was cold and I had to get up to go get my daughter syrup for her French toast because I could not get anyone to attend us. Waitress all around us offered to fill drinks at every table around us but ours.I felt very centered out and I said nothing to upset anyone.Never brought receipt to us and I could have walked out without paying but I waited at the front for 5 minutes for someone to come around and pay to find out my waitress had to check us out ??? So they had to go find her.It was a sad experience I will never visit this location again I will go to the one off I35 near Burleson where they have awesome service and hot food.
Terrible service!!! And whoever they have answering the phone is rude. If you allow your customers to speak and actually listen, you would know that the website, AND the app are not accepting orders…. AND THATS WHY PEOPLE ARE CALLI G TRYING TO ORDER!
Had the omelet and it was big and full of items; with the sides, I was not able to finish it. best part is that it also tasted good. Staff checked on us several times. Would go back here again to eat
Terrible service, terrible food, cutlery was disgusting, waitress was rude. First time in Texas and I’m surprised IHOP had locations this bad. Comparing New York, Florida and Toronto, this made Texas look horrible. They gave us pancake syrup in NyQuil cups, the tables were dirty, and the waitress told us they ran out of bags out of spite. It’s Texas not New York, obviously you didn’t run out of bags lol. I wouldn’t write a review for little things, EVERYTHING was bad. Don’t go here! IHOP do better. The other locations are great, but stay away from this one! The waitress working on January 7, 2021 in between 2pm and 3pm needs to do better.
My brothers and I visited here for breakfast. The waitress was a bit overwhelmed I guess but her attitude sucked! I asked her to wipe the table since it was dirty. She had a problem with it and then when I asked for ketchup. She had an issue as well. When we were done, I was going to place another order but she brought the bill without us asking and said I'll bring a box for you. Her customer service skills suck and the food was a bit burnt.
I bring my kids here for convenience, it's the closest to home. Food is good but it has a smell that I really cannot put my fingers on. It's pungent
It was awful. We waited 5 mins. to be seated. People were playing in the kitchen. The back part of the store towards the bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Our food order was wrong twice. Everyone got sick for 2 days with diarrhea. The waitress was about the only thing good about it experience.
I ordered this morning a family breakfast meal over the phone. I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I placed the order at 9:58am I waited 20 minutes before leaving my house. I got there at 10:25 no one greeted me so I took the initiative and was told it would be a few minutes. I did not get my order until 10:45 horrible calculation of time had they told me over the phone hey wait an hour I would have been okay just calculate the phone orders with the right time to avoid angry customers. Will not be going again. I forgot to mention I initially tried to order online but apparently when the staff needs a break they shut down online orders that should have been my sign. And the real decision maker was when I called it took about 5 tries before someone answered. When I was waiting I saw why. The staff literally let's the phone ring even when they are not busy and fully capable of taking phone orders. Seems to me like someone needs to clean house and hire people who actually work.
I made an order over the phone on 11/9/2021. The employee who answered the phone (Courtney I believe) was very easy to talk to, she spoke with positivity in her voice, and was on point when taking down my order. I’ve place phone ordered other places only to be spoken to with attitudes, or no pride. This person however was the poster person for a great interaction from start to finish! I haven’t had the food yet, couldn’t wait to brag on her.
