Don't take my word. Click recent reviews. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in a very long time and I give lots of leeway.Host - 0 - didn't greet basically her your seat. Later arguing with other staff not my problem on internal communication.Server -0- spoke so low even my wife asked the times to repeat. I have hearing aids and disabled. Waited for 8 min for drinks. Said he was waiting on coffee. That's fine but bring other drinks and say that I wait. Communication goes long way.Food server -1-really personal think he was manager. But food was cold. No butter for waffle or toast. Had to ask for syrup. Pretty sure he grabbed what ever was there as I expect the most common maple. But brought butter pecan.Food -0- cold and waffle under cooked but just at acceptable. Wife meal also cold.Cleanliness 2- seemed pretty cleanWouldn't recommend this one actually came as generally you can count on ihop and the hotel free meal was far better. Service far superior.

The food was delicious. First time dining in since 2020 COVID for one person in our party of 6. Our server stayed on the clock since the other server did not want to serve us in her section. Our server served us in her section and stayed until we were finished!

me and my boyfriend came in to ihop today and had Traci M. as our server. she was wonderful, helping us with any questions we asked and accommodating all of our requests. She was pulled thin with many tables and still managed to get everything out to us quickly and checked up on us many times. our drinks never went empty. thank you Traci for the wonderful service!

Came in by myself on a Sunday around 11:00pm and my experience couldn’t have been better! My server, a gentleman with curly hair, sat me immediately and was one of the friendliest and most attentive servers I’ve had a long time. Food was hot and delicious as well.

A very nice IHOP overall and the staff was very responsive. I look forward to eating here again asap! Food was hot and the serving staff was completely on the ball anticipating our needs before we expressed them.

IHOP would be great if they served bacon that tasted like bacon. Sausage patties as a choice. They need to be consistent with their servings of hash browns. One person might get half a plate of them while the other person(s) with them gets only a small portion. When kids are involved this does not work out well.

The food tasted great and came out great, half of my family is GF so our order is never easy and lots of changes. Server nailed this visit and the restaurant was nice and clean even the bathrooms.

Update: The only reason this location gets another star is because our waitress was friendly, professional, competent, and accommodating. Our food was hot and delicious despite our party size. The bathrooms were filthy.We called ahead of time because we were celebrating my mother-in-law’s birthday, but eight parties who weren’t there before us got seated. Although we understand how seating works, the female doing the seating didn’t bother acknowledging anyone waiting. None of the server’s/hostesses were wearing name tags. Updates weren’t provided without being asked after our wait time had passed by 15 minutes.

1 Star customer service, and 4 Star food = 2 Star overall.I’ve eaten there many times and I also do deliveries from there. Every time I go in there i have to wait about 10 minutes minimum before anyone even acknowledges you. The employees will make eye contact with you but will ignore you. I waited 37 minutes last time to pick up a to-go. There was a family in the waiting room with me that was there longer than me. No one would come to the front, they had to go talk to an employee a few times. After almost 40 minutes without them acknowledging my existence they finally came to the front and asked me what I needed. They brought be my food and walked away. No apology for the wait/ignoring.I’ve never rated anything poorly like this, and I feel bad about it. But they truly do not care, and are unprofessional.If you can bear the wait then the food is good.
