I have been coming here since I was a kid. Heard the place was burnt down awhile ago and I was so broken hearted. But so glad they fixed the place up so that I can continue coming! Now I bring my own family here and it is still in its glory if not better than before. My kids especially love it. Everyone who works here is amazing and a blessing. Shout out to the management and chefs as well! The food and coffee are never a disappointment. And definitely the best I hop in Texas! Where else can you watch fighter jets fly by while enjoying breakfast? No where. Keep up the amazing work I hop!
Of course I would give 0 stars if I could. I have ordered here several times and they NEVER get my order correct. Them when it's wrong, they want to argue about what I ordered....WHEN ITS ON THE RECEIPT!! What on the receipt was not in the bag and they wanted to say I didn't order what was listed.The most recent time (I'm currently here) I called in for a curbside pick up. The confirmation said it would be ready at 1116. I called to say I was here. The 1st time she hung up before I could tell her what spot I was in (should have been my red flag). I called back and she said someone would be out to give me my food.10 min later I called back and she said the same thing. I finally went back in and it was behind the hostess. She was just standing there. Not helping anybody, just there. My food was ready and waiting and just sitting there. IF YOU DONT DO CURBSIDE, DONT ADVERTISE IT or TELL ME THAT WHEN I CALL!!I HATE this location. I haven't tried to eat inside. The order is always called in or placed online. The customer service of ALL of the hostess that i have encountered SUCKS. Even the older lady that was or is there! DO BETTER PLEASE!!And please don't respond saying how sorry you are for my experience. Just fix the customer service. Please
Was very pleased with the food and the new restaurant was nice but Katrina my waitress well…. I gave her a 100 to pay for our dinner and she proceeded to go check the money which is normal but during this process she and her waitress friend decided to have conversations regarding our table. Very confused anyway, she then proceeded to comeback to the table, I said, “ It should be good I just made it this morning!” laughing of course.She had my change back gave me one one dollar bill the rest was five and 10 and 20 assuming that she was going to get a larger tip. And then proceeded to tell me how bad she had it it making $2.11 and had to just make sure that the money was real which I understand completely but then got kind of tacky with us. So I’m a little bit sad on that so she didn’t get a good tip which was very sad because I I planned on leaving her at a good size tip. He then proceeded to follow us outside and then write down my license number which was very funny. I can only assume it was because if my bill was fake she’s going to be able to call the police.Very funny very humorous I needed a big laugh for the night. It concerns me very badly that she even thought she had to do that. If this was the size come to very sad. We won’t be back to this restaurant.
Would give 0 stars if I could! We walked in to no hostess at the front counter. We waited 10 minutes at the counter with at least 3 waitresses looking at us, still no one came to say a word. Another female that came in after us ended up going to speak to a waitress and we were then acknowledged. We were then taken to a booth that had water all over the seat and a trash can right across from it that was overflowing. The restaurant itself was filthy with trash and food all over the floor. After waiting all that time we never sat down, we ended up leaving. There was only about 6 tables being waited on. There was no reason that the customer service should have been that bad, nor should the restaurant have been that filthy.
We just went there for dinner today. The food is good and our waitress is nice. She has a red shirt and she did a good job.But this IHOP is so dirty today. We’ve been here before but I wasn’t like that. Dirty tables, messy bathroom and trash is everywhere.I even saw a male customer grabbed the broom and swept the floor himself. This is how dirty the restaurant is.The girl with blue shirt and shorter hair and was not very friendly, either.It’s not very comfortable to eat at the place like that.
Our waitress (108 Caroline) was dropping the item in our table, look upset when asking for coffe refills, my friend had to wait 20 minutes waiting for hot syrup, she remind the waitress two times, finally another table with a different waiter was kind enough to share their syrup with us. When it was time to pay she look frustrated and just places the tickets in front of us, we paid separately, she charged one of my friend and additional ticket, we had to wait several minutes in order for her to straight the bill.I have been at this IHOP several times, overall is a very nice place but someone needs to show this young lady how to treat the customers.
They were busy, and like most places short handed with staff. Our waitress was pleasant. Food was good and came out in a reasonable time.
The hostess was so rude the day I went. I just asked if there was a booth available, she quickly got an attitude (I don't know) was her answer. She walked, as I was asking another question. I started to go off and get loud but that wouldn't have made anything better.. I was so surprised I had always like going to this particular IHOP. But then she turned around and was so nice to the next family she seated. The waiter was awesome.We found our own table. The food was ok. I gave that rating because of the hostess.
The great breakfast we had been looking for during our year end travels.Food was good and hot with service fast and friendly.IHop is our go-to for pancakes and waffles. I'm especially happy I can get peanut butter to go with my waffles.We've also been delighted with IHop's omelettes.
Bit of a wait getting seated. I ordered the sirloin tips dinner. Meat and corn was good but the potatoes were very dry. Food wasn't too hot. Waitress was very attentative. Can't say that I'd eat there again. Maybe their pancake choices are better than their traditional American dinners.
