First time here and it went well. My server was great. I felt like she went above and beyond for me. Asked me if I wanted lemon, salt, and pepper for my steak. I honestly was just going to eat it as is but after adding that, the steak ended up being much better.The food was good for what it is. My T-Bone steak was cooked to temp which doesn’t even happen a lot of the time at high-end places for me. Now as stated above I had to add salt, pepper, and lemon but I’m not expecting a Prime Ribeye. It’s just a thin T-Bone so you can’t exactly put a crust on it and cook it to a medium.Lastly, the restroom and restaurant as a whole was clean. That’s all I ask for when I go to a place like this. I know it’s just an IHOP. I work nights so I don’t have a lot to choose from when it comes to food. So it’s nice to go somewhere and get good service at night for once.
I normally LOVE this specific location, but this time was waaaaay different than any other time before. The food was terrible. The pancakes are normally super fluffy and soft. Today they were flat as could be and tough. The hash browns are usually to die for; nice and crispy and delicious. Today they were completely soggy and had a terrible flavor to them. I was so disappointed with our visit today. I don't know what they're doing, but I sure wish they would stop and make everything exactly like they did before!
We had breakfast on Sunday. Anna was our waitress. She took our order, never wrote anything down. She delivered it perfectly down to my melted butter and warm syrup for my pancakes. A big shout out to Anna for your great service. ?
The people here are extremely rude, I sat up front unattended for over ten minutes not even so much as a hello welcome to Ihop. The entire time I was sitting there I can hear the cook cussing about everything and absolutely nothing really but other than to get it out there. Finally after ordering my food comes out and the server is rude about handing me my food then walks away as im double checking everything(which I HIGHLY recommend you do before leaving!)as I'm standing there waiting for her to acknowledge me I see her looking but just continues to ignore me until I finally say HELLO?? I mean you obviously know I need something! She says "YEAH?" ? I showed her a picture of the pancakes and said there's clearly strawberries, bananas and whip cream on these. In my bag these ketchup squirt sized souffle cups 1 banana, 1 strawberry which literally had 1 strawberry in it ?and absolutely no whip cream. She took a deep sigh like I had just inconvenienced her night and her life!Waffle house ill never stray from you EVER again!!!
I was treated to breakfast with a friend. It was pretty busy for a Saturday morning there was about a 5 - 10 minute wait. The food was excellent and our waitedwaitress did alright for the most part. We did have to ask for a couple of things a few times but she did bring it. I would definitely really eating here.
Waitress wasn’t very friendly. Establishment wasn’t clean feeling. Syrups have been removed from the table and are now brought out in small, single serve, plastic cups. While we were trying to get the attention of the waitress, 5 staff were behind the wall talking and laughing instead of attending the 2/3 full dining area.
When we first walked in employees were to busy talking to seat us and acted as if they didn't really want to help. I mean literally looked at us turned back and continued their conversation. I ordered the big steak omelet and well let's just say I'll never do it again. The "steak" was rubber textured and the eggs were hot and cold. Almost like it was reheated poorly. My husband's ordered stuffed French toast and they gave him cold toast and bitter strawberry filling in a seperate bowl . Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this particular location.
Waited 30 minutes before before being asked what we wanted to drink and another 30 for our food. Only four other families were in there.
Ihop is well ihop always good not much to complain about ever unless you are trying to eat after the bars close. There was one character who wanted to engage my wife and I in useless banter for which we were disinclined. Altogether a fine dining experience. The biscuits were different in hazard to even say weird. Not but just different
Our waitress was Awesome. I wished I knew her name. Food was hot and good. Coffee ☕ cup was never empty. Good time with my brother and sister, and good food.
