Visited here on March 10, 2022 during a work trip into the area. I think Trista was my waitress. She is one of the best waitresses I have ever had. Maybe that means I am crushing slightly, but besides that, she is a favorite waitress. I only wish I could have the chance to eat here again before she moves on. She had a good attitude, a very open and welcoming aura. I wish there were more like her out there.And the food tasted good too.
Walked in after getting great news and wanted to enjoy a happy morning! The servers would not stop bickering at each other about who was supposed to do certain chores. The mood was drowned by their unprofessional behavior. Soon after their Lead came to discipline them at the register where everyone could hear the argument. I came to this IHOP specifically because I expected a higher level of service and I am really disappointed and did not enjoy the time here how I expected.
Food was good, except the pancake was smaller than my small hand. Waitress was ok. When she saw about 9 women come into the restaurant. She was soo friendly. Yet me and my friend were treated rather like whatever. I'll get to ya'll in a minute was the constant answer. Yes I did leave her a decent tip regardless of the fact she was not very attentive.
everything raw and undercooked , bacon burnt and taste like popcorn , hot chocolate not hot enough , syrup was frozen , hash brown outrageous ?
Fall of 2021: I like IHOP but this visit was such a turn off. The food was good, in fact, it was so good that I ordered another one to go. If I'm honest, service turned out to be top notch, but there were so many tables around me that had plates left partially empty as if a bunch of customers had just finished and left. The poor hostess who seated me as if she was afraid of me. Now, I realize she was more likely concerned that she was seated in the midst of lot of trash that was going to stay there as I ate. She was the one taking my order too.... spinach omelette with no hollandaise sauce or cheddar; all pepper jack. She didn't hear her tell the cook what I said so it came to me with lots of cheddar all over it. As I sent it back, I asked if omelettes comes with anything else like toast, hash browns, cakes, fruit? She didn't know, so I just said make it with dry hash browns and avocado like the picture. She knew that avocado was extra but didn't tell me, she discussed it with the cook and I overheard her.
it's dirty when it's completely slow. managers keep up with your location you work at with employees. shouldnt have a reason to have trash on the floor at almost 6am in the morning. class is better then TRASH

I ordered online for this location for myself and my co workers. Two out of the four were missing food. The phone we did receive was overcooked BURNT. The pancakes and waffles were very floury taste it was so disgusting We called IHOP to inform them about our missing food and quality the man was very rude and cut me off when I tried to explain about the missing food. I proceed to ask for the manager and he said the manger was busy so I asked for his name and he said he did not know. I have spent over seventy dollars and my food is missing and you want to play games. He said well the mangers are busy and I said so you won’t give me your name he said no and it was nothing he could do for me. So I went to this location and his name was Jake. Amber gave me my correct food but she did not apologize for Jake being rude to me nor that I was treat in such way.I love this location but after this experience I will never go back. To not be able to address my missing food when I paid for them I want to be treated as a value costumer because I decided to spend my money with you. Poor customer service poor taste in the food I am so disappointed in tonight’s service to better IHOP your going to lose great customers because of no sympathy on the mistake YALL made. I will never eat here again
If you're questioning which one in the area to go to, this is the good one. It's been consistent for a long time. It's always good and the service is top notch. The place is clean and you get what you order how you asked for in a timely manner. It doesn't matter what hour of the day or night it was. They have never had issues accommodating food allergies or larger groups either.
Delivery of food is about all we got. When I go to breakfast I like to drink coffee... Couldn't get not 1 refill, even after asking. Kids drinks apparently are not free refills even upon asking for a refill. See picture below.
