My family came down for the weekend for a family members wedding and at first there were a couple of oopsies but the staff was amazing and compensated us for the mix up! Also shout out to the amazing staff members we worked with, in particular Kimberlee (I low key would not have made it through the weekend without this incredible woman!), Paige (such a kind soul and was such a fantastic person), and Cameron (I'm sorry if I spelled his name wrong but he's doing the Lord's work at God knows what time in the morning ?) Also cleanest hotel I've been through in YEARS! Thank you guys so much!!
Good service and friendly staff. Cleaning crew was mopping as my wife and I headed toward the elevators. They stopped and called the elevator and helped my wife across the wet floor. Room was nice and spacious. Really comfortable bed as well.
Love the location very convenient to see friends and family. Also the staff members were incredible, the best encounter I had was with Clarissa. Very professional and Took care of our every need , Even though she was super busy. Y'all should consider hiring more people to help with the front desk. She was very fast at multitasking otherwise I would've rated it a 2. That lady went above and beyond though, as-long as she's working there I'll definitely be coming back.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived. The rooms could've been a bit cleaner, but the front desk clerk clarissa I believe was her name.. She was also a great bartender. Made us feel at home which was very comforting, will definitely be coming back with staff members like that.
Probably one of the better places to stay in the fort worth area. The breakfast was on point . Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only drawback for me was the bed was as hard as concrete but my wife liked it so you get to keep the fifth star.
I have stayed here many times, and absolutely loved it. My encounter this time was it disaster, I believe it's under new management. Andrea was really rude when checking me in, she didnt even take the time to go over breakfast ..it was if she thought i just knew everything. This place is going down hill big time, my room was also not ready for me to check in too, when brought up she simply said shes doing what she can. Whenever I pay that rate on a room i except it to at least be ready by check in time! Only reason I gave one star, other than the fact i have too. .is because cameron was awesome !
Stayed at the Hyatt back in October and had a great experience. Stanley the night manager was the best host. Definitely recommend the Hyatt and will be booking it the next time I need a hotel in the Ft. Worth area.
Overall, a little below average (2.5) hotel in need of some updates. I’ll start with the pros:Friendly staff. Good breakfast, good coffee. Good location, ample amount of parking. Spacious rooms. Pet friendly.Cons:Terrible bed. We had a king size bed, and the mattress was so old, it sunk in the middle. Really uncomfortable. The rooms are very outdated. It needed some fresh paint, new tiles in the bathroom, new light fixtures, new carpet. The bathroom was very dark, and the tub seemed pretty old. It felt a bit “motel” like.. with some updates, it has tremendous potential.But overall, we needed a place to stay for 2 nights close to benbrook, so it worked out. Although, next time I would do a little more research and stay elsewhere, just for a more comfortable bed. We’re old and need our sleep, so that’s priority for us. :)

After being on the road all day we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. Immaculate hotel room with lots of space, amazing shower and a comfy bed. Special shout-out to Stanley and his amazing crew.Very accommodating especially with our oversized vehicle! Next time we are in Fort Worth we will be definitely be staying here again!
