Average Holiday Inn. You can tell that this is an older hotel that was renovated. Rooms are on par with what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Easy location to get to DFW with a Free Shuttle.
Fine for a business hotel. But below the standards I’m used to at the Holiday Inn brand.Housekeeping was great and front desk staff was friendly. But TV doesn’t get normal channels, gym was in a bit of disrepair, and room could use a bit of modernization.
Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Clean room . Great shuttle service and free 7 day parking with 1 night stay.
Brendon at the restaurant was amazing! He provided excellent and quality service! Ask for him whenever you go and I'm sure he will make your night!
Love this place!!!! it's so clean and beautiful from downstairs to upstairs inside the rooms the breakfast and lunch is very good, I stayed here for 2 nights it's expensive but very Worth the money... It's by the airport and the shuttle drivers take you there and pick you up. I love the smell of the soaps and shampoos they have in the rooms. It has a nice big window so the view was beautiful as well... I also want to thank the front desk lady named dayleen (hope I spelled it correctly) ❤️ I'd love to come back on my next stay thanks so much. ❤️
We chose this hotel because of its location between Dallas and Fort Worth. The location was quiet and the rooms were clean. It was very convenient to many fast food choices. I was able to use the business cent to print something that I needed (basically two computers and a printer). We didn't do the breakfast buffet as the sign at the check in desk said it was $12.50 per person. Would stay again.
Young lady at the front desk couldn't get off her cell phone, we waited an hour and 10 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Ordered med well on the burgers and they were raw. Got up to the room and there was no handsoap, no shampoo, coffee maker didn't work.The bartender, Mercedes, was awesome. That's the only positive thing I have to say about this place.
We stayed here after a delayed flight and the airline gave us a hotel voucher. In the shuttle on the way to the hotel our driver was listening to an anti-trans radio program that was highly offensive and I had to ask him to shut it off. Not welcoming to all people.
Checkin and room were ok. The room was big, enough space and furnishings was good. The breakfast tables were really dirty in the morning, nobody came to clean them after people left. Breakfast was ok and lot of choices.
This hotel was extraordinary in delivering a quality location for a reasonable price. We stayed here for 5 days and it was very close to the major roadways and within walking distance to numerous places to eat. The room was very clean and it felt very secure on the property. They do not offer housekeeping during your stay unless you specifically request it. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. It's only 10 mins from the airport, 15 mins from AT&T Stadium, and about 25-30 mins from downtown Dallas. There was one problem during check-in where they kept saying my Credit Card was declined. I had to use a different one and when I called the CC company they said that the hotel never even attempted to run that card so they must have been doing something wrong.
