Great atmosphere and great service. Fun place for a date night or just to hang out and enjoy friends. The food was delicious, I even ordered an extra plate for lunch the next day! My main meal was the mesquite shrimp. Shrimp with a sliver of jalapeño, slice of queso wrapped in bacon....yuuuummmy! The beans and rice were good. The salsa, was served warm and I could've eaten it with a spoon it was so good.
In the area, first time here. Landshark on tap, very cold beer. Queso not that flavorful. The rest of the food was good. Enchilada had good amount of cheese inside. Large beef taco and scratch made flauta. Food and plate were hot. Really good salsa. Bartender was friendly.
Lately service and quality has been an issue. We've been coming here since they opened and its very hit or miss on quality of food and service. Tonight I was served a cold burrito, sure they fixed it.....but shouldn't have happened in the first place
Not from the area, searched "best Mexican food near me". Absolutely accurate. The food was great the restaurant was very clean. It also might be weird to comment on, but the bathroom was immaculate. Like, stunningly clean. But beat if all was Austin our server. That dude is awesome. If he's not a shift manager, you're losing out on some great talent. Great restaurant, great food, amazing service. I'll definitely go out if my way to come back.
I was pleasantly surprised when my husband took me here for the first time. Good food, large portions, and great price. Best of all- we didn’t have to wait an hour for a table at dinner time like EVERYWHERE in the DFW area lately. Will definitely return.
My waitress, Rebecca was awesome. Unfortunately I order a gallon of margarita to go for Christmas day and feel I was ripped off. I can dine in and get a good buzz from 2 margaritas, I am a light weight when it comes alcohol, but I drank half a gallon by myself there wasn't even a buzz. Won't be back.
The food is so good the prices are just right during happy hour.Raul is such a great server. When he comes he comes with a smile on his face. The nachos are amazing the sauces are too. If I want to eat good Mexican food this place isn’t that far away and it is located in a good spot.
I ordered a small dinner option via Doordash. I had the ground beef empanadas & sopapillas. The empanada meat did not have a lot of flavor & seasoning to it. However, the sauce to dip it in was very good & lightly spiced which made up for it.The sopapillas were good, covered in sugar & cinnamon. They also provided honey packets to dip it in.Only four stars due to this was a small delivery & not a full dining experience. I do plan to visit in person one day.
This place is so awesome as well as the owner, manager and all the employees! They make us feel at home and they take care of us! We never have to wait on anything! The food is so so good and reasonably priced and happy hour is so great as well. I tell everyone this is where they should go if they want good food , wait staff and prices!!!
The food is OK, the prices are great at happy hour and lunch. We went for a birthday dinner and the service was awesome. I'm giving my review mostly based on the great service and affordability.
