Bad experience. I order a mushroom melt , I think I just got a cheeseburger. No mushrooms. The sandwich was super cold. And fries were cold. Small & taste stall.I would give it a 0.I called & manager answered & hanged up on me. Bad customer service. Would not recommend to go. I would give it a 0 not even a 1.
They completely got our order wrong and didn't put our onion rings or fries in the sack. They did not answer the phone at all that night to report that our food was messed up so i had to drive all the way back to them and they were closed. They also have a very bad roach problem. I watched 6 roaches climb up and down the walls on the inside of the lobby
Chili cheeseburger was excellent! Soooo good…melt in your mouth delicious! Staff was friendly and even came out to the dining room and asked if we wanted refills. Only negative comment I have is the rag an employee was using to clean the tables smelled like mildew.
River Oaks had Caudles drive in, now gone. They spoiled us with Cherry Chocolate shakes. As them to add a little Cherry to yours.Place can get busy. They keep up pretty well and are happy to help if they make an error. The inside eating area was redone and no sound deadening material was used. For a small area, it gets loud. Over all, a great burger at old prices. Few places to eat for under $7!
The service was so bad and the food did not come out right at all this griff's was not how I remember it growing up plus it looks like it would be hell to work there you could just tell the employees hate every second of there lives working there. You can tell they stopped caring they don't even wear gloves when they handle the food and they don't even wash their hands after touching or whipping their faces.I fell like if I get sick i deserve it for eating their.
Lady with gray hair working the counter was beyond rude! Walked in with a lobby filled with people eating at 645 PM and the lady tells me takeout only. People are sitting down eating and I ask what time does the lobby close and she says rudely its closed. DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM ARLINGTON to try this place out. I told the lady you are being very rude, to which she responded she was not. I had to ask 3 times what time does the lobby close for her to give me a time, to which she just mumbles.
Floor is grease.use fresh hot with bleach.and wash out the mop.then dump the. Water out. And use fresh water .a mop bucket sould not be used all day.that why your floor is so greasy
This is the 1st Griff's hamburger I have had And probably 30 years. For me it was excellent it beats Waterburger. This Griff's in River Oaks was good then today was no exception from the past My Burger was hot the cheese were melted the fries fresh service was fast the server' was polite can't beat it .
Staff was nice . Burger was so good. Best one I had in awhile. Only things was the fries. They just weren't fresh and you could tell they had been there for a while or maybe even over cooked.
Came all the way from Denver Colorado and was very disappointed, looking at the reviews it might just be this location the one on Lancaster was much better when I visited it back in August.
