Very strange behavior and lack of customer service oriented, they, after we order our take out dinner around 830 pm the cashier informed us that the order was going to take about 20 mins of wait time, instead of sugarcoating the situation and not making us feel that it was better for us to cancel the order and go somewhere else, for a minute i tried to understand all the staff members position at that time been exhausted for working the long shifts there but instead they did not 3ven apologize for the inconvenience as a CSR clerk ,cashier, is an ethical and is good manner to Apologize. Come on try not to treat customers or make us feel we dont deserve the service
Went thru the drive thru and ordered a four piece tender meal. Two cars in front on me at the drive thru. After 20 minute wait, I decided to leave because I was on my lunch break and had to be back at work with no food and hungry. Last time I ever go to this location.
Always friendly staff. Food is always hot and tasty. Especially enjoy their roasted chicken.

This restaurant sold old fried fish, that was very smelly to me I and my wife. They also gave us an expired salad. I called the manager, and he was very defensive. At the end, there was no help offered.
I went to order a three piece roasted chicken. The young lady at the window asked if I would accept all dark meat because they are out of wings. I asked if they could replace the wing with a breast since they were out. She told me that it would cost me more to do that. I asked why would you charge me more for a substitution when you are out of product. They were willing to give me a lesser piece of meat for the same price but not replace one piece of white meat with another piece of white meat. I guess it's more of the principle for me and not at all about money. I'm not asking for anything free but not once did the manger even offer to cook the chicken that they were out of; I would have waited. So my option was to pay more or take less. I chose neither and did not spend my money with them and I won't be back. It would have cost them nothing to make it right and gain a loyal customer but instead I kept my money.

Great food smiling face very polite young lady working the window last night... This location is 5 mile from my house! The service here beats the 2 other closer locations hands down. I will make the drive for the courtesy and politeness from now on!
Fish is good but too little thin. If I can put a whole fil'e in my mouth.the fish is too small and I have a small mouth but the prices high to me. But of course I'm on a budget!!!!?
