What a fun experience. The food was amazing and the staff was really helpfully. The drink was so good.
Anthony was amazing we had a horrible waitress and he immediately took care of it! We ended up having Brian as a waiter and hands down the best waiter we have had! He was quick and efficient! We need more people like them in this world ❤️
From beginning to end the experience was awful, we walked in and the host was rude w a smart attitude. She sat us , I asked for a high chair she brought one and it was filthy I had to use my sons wipes to wipe it down and when she sat it beside me she face the high chair the opposite way. Our server then came got our drink orders, we decided to make our bowls. She brought our bowls and then we went to add what we wanted. First of all the meat section was filthy, it was everywhere other meats mixed with other meats , frozen chicken. Nothing was stocked , veggies were brown. My friend accidentally added her sauce on to the stir fry and was told she had to go fill up her bowl again because she wasn’t suppose to add the sauce and the server did not explain that to us. Our server was very in a hurry for everything I asked for a small plate and she said “okay does anyone else need a to go box?” I then told her no not a to go box I need a small plate for my son. She was very assuming when coming to our table, we were always being told to “hold on”. I will never be back at this location.
Loved the atmosphere, staff very inviting and friendly. Food ...well you design to your taste great selections. Just a little pricey not to be all you can eat. You only get 1 round to grill and bowl to stack your ingredients is small no matter what size you pay for.
I get that inflation can cause some prices to go up but this place increased their bowls over 25% from 2 weeks ago. A regular bowl is now 15.99! That’s downright greedy as hell. Shame on you for sticking it to the consumer. The only reason this place gets 3 stars is for the awesome staff. I won’t be returning unless the prices are more reasonable.
Staff is always lackluster at this location.Genghis grill has also gotten to expensive for what it is.I kind of understand why they charged for bowl size now but there's no excuse for charging 1$ for an egg when they used to be free.Go to 'Gobi Mongolian' in Denton,TX if you can. Food is so much better and cheaper than Genghis.
this location is always out of things and has very poor service. I attempted to eat here again today. The 3 people in front of me each wanted to talk to the manager as they were out of multiple meats and over half the vegetables, those vegetables that were left were ether almost empty or had more junk that had fallen in then what what was actually supposed to be in that container.
Service is awesome as always. I know they are a tester location; adding meats and veggies that aren't normally seen at most restaurants.They have been testing to replace their udon noodles by replacing with angel hair pasta that has ruined the experience here multiple times for us personally. They need to be more transparent with what is being served. Will not be returning to this location after 10 years of coming here.
I never have a problem getting exactly what I want (sort of the point, eh?) and staff is super friendly. Great for a family outing when you don’t know what to get.
