Not sure what was on the cooktop, but it all tasted a bit off. First time I've left without taking it home, service was great but the food just wasn't that good
Definitely my favorite. Great location, was a gentleman that worked their who I am guessing was on his break but kept talking to us for about an hr straight, then hit on the girls in our party. ?♂️
Our food and service was great. The only complaint I have is that we ordered and appetizer and it wasn't good,it seemed to be undercooked and they said since it wasnt a service failure we still had to pay for it. Other than that issue the server was great.
I’ve been here many times as it’s very close to my home. The service at this location can’t be beat! They’ve always been patient and helpful when I’ve placed orders over the phone (since my card doesn’t work online for some reason), and in person it’s even better. If you’re lucky, you’ll be waited on by Jenny, who goes above and beyond to connect with guests (and is so deserving of some recognition). However, the service here is always great and can’t be beat. Food is great as well, and the restaurant is clean. Thanks to everyone at the North Fwy location for many excellent visits!
The food quality is great. Couple of issues and concerns.When we came in first time we were told bring back the receipt for first time lunch we ill get a free bowl, as there was a bogo .But on returning we were told it would 3rd time. On the second time order took 25 min to get the food and . Asked for coke got the coke, asked for refil, never got the refill and was given a togo refil 15 min after asking for refil.Highly disappointed
Just visited your place May 16th and food is gross. I have soup in my bowl. NASTY. The eggs are soggy. Just terrible. You told me to reach out to you by emailing you and I did that but I never got a response so why even respond to customer reviews if you don't answer the emails from customers? Because you don't care?
I've been a big fan of Genghis Grill for years. Out of all the G.Grills i have tried so far there are only 2 that REALLY rock! They both are fast, friendly & always clean. This location is by far my fave with the G.Grill in Park of Arlington a very close 2nd. ?????
Offered to pay for extra noodles, they implied that it wasn’t necessary that they would take care of that for me. Once my food was ready it was burnt, I didn’t get my extra noodles & the lady who said she would take care of the extra noodles for me didn’t want to be bothered once I showed her I didn’t get extra noodles. Very disappointed I didn’t get what I asked for after being told it would be taken care of when I offered to pay for it.
This was my first visit and it was a memorable experience. All the meat, fruit, and vegetables we're very fresh. They have an amazing selection of sauces that are very tasty. It is well worth the money. We also had an amazing server by the name of Dawson. This individual made sure we felt at home. This individual went above and beyond regular type of service. This is one of the main reason why I rated it 5 stars. The service and the cooks are impeccable and so is the food. This is our new hotspot and we will continue to come here as long as the food continues to taste great and the service continues to be hospitable. Happy eating
People were very friendly and tons helpful. Even when our waiter forgot to add my alcoholic drink, he made it right and gave him a good tip.
