We just moved here so we wanted to try the food places around here. We ordered it thru door dash. I ordered the pulled pork and was surprised to see how small the amount of food was in it. The worse part is it was inedible. I tried to force my self to eat it but it was disgusting. It was all just a pile of mush. The large chips and salsa that we ordered was more of a extra small size. Atleast now we know that this place is a no go for us. Wont be getting food from here again.
Chipotle who? This restaurant is so delicious, I can’t believe I didn’t come here before. This restaurant is so yummy with cool decor.So the restaurant is similar to Chipotle. You get to choose a tortilla or a bowl, then you choose the fillings you want. The difference between Chipotle and Freebirds is that you can put sauce on your burrito. We got a burrito and bowl. They were both delicious. There’s also a little more variety of ingredients.The employees are super nice and friendly. They explained the concept of the menu very well. The inside of the restaurant is also very cool. It has aluminum foil origami, The Statue of Liberty riding a motorcycle while holding a burrito hanging from the roof, and this funny tipping box.TLDR: Yummy restaurant with cool decor, nice employees, and delicious food. 5/5⭐️ would recommend
Had been to this location when they first opened. More locations opened up closer to me so I hadn't been back in awhile. Was happy to see this place hadn't changed much. *that's a good thing*
Ordered doordash from Freebirds only for this location to serve me RAW chicken in my quesodilla. Absolutely disgusted!
If you enjoy consistently receiving burritos with missing ingredients, less than a teaspoon worth of most ingredients, rarely including the requested salsa on the side, and unapologetic staff, then this is the place for you! Two stars for really delicious salsas (when they actually include them), and the burritos taste pretty good despite the incredibly skimpy ingredients.
I just feel like fast food steak should be medium well but maybe that’s on me. Very let down.
Placed an order online. done on timeGood: great beef tacos. tasted amazing. plenty of meatbad: chicken wasn't as good, my dad's keto bowl was cold (he got seasoned chicken) and had hardly any meat.definitely still recommend though, i really enjoyed the beef tacos (i got one seasoned chicken) and my dad did like the bowl, just wished for more meat in it.
Won’t be going back to this location.I stopped by to grab food for my family and when I got to the counter and let the employee know that I needed to order 3 burritos, she responded “are you seriously going to start my day off hard”. I thought she was trying to be funny and so I chuckled and said sorry. She proceeded to just look at me and said its fine but that next time I should order online. I let her know I needed two on flour and one on cayenne tortilla. She asked what I needed in the first two. I let her know and proceeded down the line thinking she would grab the cayenne tortilla in a minute to go make it. She never did, got to the register and rang up two burritos. Knowing that I already had “started her day of so bad” for ordering three burritos, I felt extremely awkward to let her know she never made my third burrito. It wasn’t even like there was a long line of people waiting. There was one person behind me and another employee was already helping them. I ended up stopping at another restaurant for the rest of the food I needed for my family. I highly suggest training the employees on how to speak with customers.
Disappointed to be writing this review. Freebirds has been my favorite burrito shop since 2010. Today I convinced my wife to go and non of the ingredients tasted fresh. I'm gonna try this location again and hopefully it was a one off. Before today this would have been a 5 star and maybe next time I can update my review.Peace,Nic
First time coming here, staff were friendly and helpful. I got a chicken bowl made my own way. Was delicious! Would come here again if I am in the area.
