Went here today for the 1st time. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who promptly took us to a table outside per our request. We were then promptly greeted again by another friendly gentleman with a GREAT vibe (I feel terrible I don’t remember his name to give him the proper recognition) everything was great, the hostess, the severs, the music, the food until. we. went. to. pay. the. check…..no one was at the hostess desk or cash register when we went in to pay, (that’s was okay I didn’t mind waiting) as we were waiting a couple came in, and lady walked over to greet them I over heard the brief conversation where she asked for their name, he stated they didn’t have a reservation and she kind of snapped at him and said it would be a 1/2 wait, I saw the customer put his hands up as if to signal “ok” you don’t need to speak to me like that and they left. (we just came in from outside and all the tables out there were empty). She came over to me and asked for my name even though I was standing directly at the register and my ticket was on the counter to pay. I told her I was here to pay. She asked if it was cash or card, entered something into the register and walked away. She didn’t say another word to me, seemed almost bothered that I was interrupting something else she had been doing, the transaction went through and I took my own receipt when it printed from the other side of the counter. Based on our experience with everyone else being so welcoming and inviting she made it a bit disappointing way to end an otherwise wonderful brunch :(

Was out taking care of some business, while waiting at the ATM, freezing my behind off I decided to get something warm to eat and the first place I saw was the First Watch Cafe. I went in and was seated behind that cashier stand, ordered the turkey sausage and biscuits with gravy and one French toast with a cup of coffee. It took less than 15 minutes for my food to come out yet it was warm not hot and the gravy was watery. I was really hungry so I still at it all but that french toast was really burnt on the bottom and I sent it back. The new one was cooked well and I ate most of it. I was not impressed with the place it was average at best. The place wasn't busy so I don't understand the lousy service or attention to the customers.
We love breakfast at First Watch! Lots to choose from and arrive early or expect a long wait! Check out their app - you can get on the list and see the wait times. Very nice!
Tried the short rib poutine hash and it was amazing! The water here is never really cold when they give it to you and we were given a coffee cup with lipstick still on it, but they fixed the issue quickly.
I will say this was the best breakfast place we have had in a while. my wife love it who is a hard Critic on any place and she hasn’t spot taking about it she got the Elevated Egg Sandwich my daughter demolished the chocolate chip park cakes as I did as well and the cinnamon roll was amazing will be back also the pancakes are huge
Worst customer service ever, please don’t waste your money here. The host is really rude. We were seated on a table and I nicely asked if we can have the booth. She completely gave us an attitude and threw the silverware and menu on our table aggressively. Then we waited over 15mins without nobody coming to check on us, no water was served. I just don’t understand, I’ve been to many places that are busier than this that can handle it way better than First Watch.
This place is so lovely! The staff was super friendly, fast, and helpful. Exactly what a person needs in the morning to wake up and start the day off right. The food was also delicious! The Floridian French toast hit the spot.
Food was good the service was the worst I have ever had in my life. The waitress delivered the wrong plate to my table. I was told that half the staff was new which is okay I understand newbies can make mistakes. However when I got to the register me and my pal were being charged for the wrong plate that was delivered to my table and the other two plates we actually ate. There was no manager that offered a coupon or discount for all the trouble. Don’t expect to get what you ask for here but do expect to be charged for more.
Get in line remotely and that makes all the difference. The food is consistently good. I didn't care for the avocado toast but the skillet hash is always good. I really like their healthy juice offerings too. Nice variety menu and good atmosphere.
