I know I was hungry but I also know this was a great sandwich! The bread was not tough the meat was fresh along with the veggies and it was perfectly portioned.

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Lexis was rude, did not make the sandwich correctly. This was my first time at this location and will be my last. I would recommend EVERYONE stay away from this location unless you want old food and your sandwich not made correctly.
3rd time I’ve ordered online and received the incorrect order now. Subs have always been thrown in the bag sloppy as if it was being delivered by a demolition derby driver. Though sloppy, they do taste very good and the prices are very reasonable. Parking at this location is a nightmare and the drive-thru is just as bad. Will still continue to get food from here..but will come inside and order it instead, in hopes of getting the correct sub/not so thrown together.

Normally this place is great, but last order they left a piece of plastic in my sandwich from the cheese or turkey. It was nasty biting into that.
It is always so very clean in there as a point when you walk in the door the workers greet you happily! And the food is always on point! We've had every single sandwich on the menu, and now one of them has ever let us down! It is an amazing restaurant and I suggest if you haven't been there you should go! You will not be disappointed!

The food is fine, as is to be expected from firehouse.The three times I’ve been I’ve been met with unfriendly staff at some point during the experience. Including being yelled at by a manager even as I walked out the store in an attempt to disengage.
