Cherrelle is amazing !Patricia tooThank you for helping me fix my order in the nicest way possibleVery flexible and easy to work withWill be coming back here
Staff is not nice or helpful, really pushy food not good. Our subs were thrown together, not correct. Store was not clean. I am a Firefighter and this place is a disaster
Good service tasty and free lunch with tmobile Tuesday. Thanks fire house subs and tmobile!
I honestly can't get enough of this place's subs. Ugh! So tasty! My go to is the Hook and Ladder. Of course I always get the large. They offer a variety of aub sandwiches while also offering a kids menu and soups or salads. I also recommend the meatball sub. While pricey, they donate yearly to a firefighters foundation and you get what you pay for easily.
Called Ahead to get my order because I had clients waiting on me!!! Cashier took my money and told me they would CALL MY NAME. I sat and waited while others got their sandwiches and finally asked the Lady calling names, she said “the cashier didn’t tell you? Who was the order for”, “Mike” , then grabs the bag from on top of the oven THAT HAD BEEN THERE SINCE I PAID. Now I get to enjoy a cold sandwich whilst in a rush to meet my clients late!!! WHAT ARE YALL DOING HERE?!?!?
The food is delish!
Love the folks at this Firehouse--they always manage to keep my sub bun from being soggy unlike several other sub shop. Can't understand why anyone would want their sun bread wet! The meat always tastes fresh and it's more centered in the bun not all hanging out one side trying to make the sub look meatier.
I went in at 8:15pm to get my husband His favorite Birthday sandwich at his favor place only to find out that they where not serving hot sandwiches. They had already put away everything and put only option was three cold sandwiches. We are very disappointed and decided not to eat here. ??
Made fresh on-the-spot, great service, huge selection of sodas, awsum cookies, great atmosphere, easy access to Bryant Irvin just south of I20!
Ok for a sub style sandwich this is probably the best you can get for a franchise restaurant. The staff is not always warm and loving...also i have to say if you dont like MAYO...tell them cause they slopp that mayo on yo sandwich to death...i mean soggy wet...so remember when you order tell them light mayo please and thank you...other than that the italian with olives and all the peppers is the way to go....question though, yall need to ask if we want any add ons to our said sandwiches...i mean they are free and all but definitely add to the experience of our tasty sandwich. That is all
