Best mexican food I have ever eaten. I highly recommend The Hatch. Everyone else enjoyed their meals also. Can’t wait to return.
No just no.way too pricey for quality . Chips stale like hard. $14 for 12 tortillas and plain white queso..wow. and the tortillas came out 12 min after queso. The sour cream enchilada sauce weird. I thought clabbered at first. It wasnt a sauce it was like chiffon style stuff on top with cheese on that..idk...not for me.
I have to agree with the negative reviews on here. This restaurant is HIGHLY over-rated! Chips and salsa was good, enchiladas were average and service was TERRIBLE! I honestly can’t figure out why or how it is rated so high. I was extremely disappointed and would NEVER go back.

We had wanted to try Enchilada's Ole prior to COVID, then they closed the old Fort Worth location to open at the current space. So it wasn't until after all the COVID craziness that we got a chance. They have done a good job adapting to the carry out revolution - the only way we've gotten food from there. The family packs are a good deal, easily two full meals for my family of three. It's nice to be able to order two types of enchiladas so that everyone is happy. We love the Hatch Chicken, with a spicy brown gravy type sauce on top and actually flavorful chicken inside. Our other usual is the Texican and the smoky brisket is unlike any other enchilada I've had. We always get the queso to go with - thick, rich and tasty! Two containers each of rice and beans, plus plenty of chips and yummy salsa. I hope they keep these family packs permanently as they make life so easy! The only minor complaint is that I assume these are sometimes made ahead, as the consistency has been, well, inconsistent. Sometimes everything is piping hot and melty. Other times it's luke warm and a bit dry. Then we've also gotten soggy tortillas like they'd been sitting in that sauce quite a while. The positive is that the flavor is already there and popping them in the microwave to reheat is no big deal. We look forward to dining in to explore more of the menu!

The food was so delicious! I can't wait to go back. We went during lunch and it was like magic, we were in and out in less than an hour, and didn't feel rushed. Everyone was friendly and I can't say enough of how wonderful the food was! One of my coworkers had the Keto friendly plate and truly enjoyed it- the one with avacado. I don't have a picture of it, but the Key Lime was amazing and I'm picky about my Key Lime pie.☺ The price was so worth the amount of food you get. It's not expensive at all. This is definitely a repeat place.?
Oh my gosh! This place!! I had the Texican and it was brisket enchiladas with this great sauce? The salsa was excellent with lots of cilantro like I like. The queso was so good I wanna drink it!! I will definitely be back!

Best queso I’ve ever had. Margaritas were excellent and their food was beyond excellent. Service was top notch as well. I’ll definitely be telling everyone I know about this place, and I will for sure be coming back.
