Love the product! Love the food. But avoid THIS location. I went three days in a row , poor service, extremely slow , and got my order wrong all three time.Friday 7/15 , ordered and paid for Turkey sausage , egg white , and cheese on onion bagel and a med roast coffee. Instead, got hazelnut coffee and just egg and cheese bagel (missing the sausage). And took 35 minutes.7/16 , ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one was supposed to be bacon egg and cheese on plain bagel. Instead got a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel , second sandwich, I ordered onion bagel with turkey sausage, egg whites and cheese and instead I got everything bagel with turkey sausage, egg white and no cheese. Slow service and rude at the drive through.Third times a charm right ? Today 7/17. Guess it was better. But I ordered Onion bagel with turkey sausage, egg whites and cheese. Instead got turkey sausage, cheese and egg ( not egg whites). And 32 minutes wait. And they were rude at the drive through again.Just the worst location ever. They just do not care.

Horrible. First of all it's drive thru only. Second the coffee was cold and the bagel was cold and not toasted as requested.June 26, 2022. Much better experience. Lobby is open and clean. Food was great. We will be back.

They pre-cut all the bagels, so good luck getting a box for the weekend, they'll all be stale by the time you get to him. Even when you ask for them not to be cut, they still cut them for youManagement knows this is a problem and chooses not to do anything about it.

After placing my order and paying for a FWPD officers meal and waiting for 25 minutes as I watched numerous customers in the drive they and in to come in and leave I asked Jackie about the status of my order. Jackie was polite and professional and deferred the concern to the general manager brandon. I was informed we would receive our meals purchased quickly. After another ten minutes of waiting, more cars going through the drive through and customers walking in and out the FWPD officer has to leave with out his food to respond to a call. When questioned what the problem was with the order the same BS answer about low staffing was given. Which was apparently untrue seeing as the volume of orders for other customers processed. After finally receiving my bagel it was wrong, not cut and falling apart. I was further presented with passive aggressive comments asking if i knew anyone looking for a job maybe they could get their work done.It is very apparent in this instance that the title General Manager was used extremely loosely. Brandon does not possess the necessary skills to properly manage the store operation and lead his team in the appropriate direction during peak business hours. If the district manager Alexis Garcia had any hand in Brandon’s hiring process that too is concerning. This appears to be a classic example of a business not offering the appropriate pay to attract the best qualified applicants in the job market.

Messed up my order now their making me wait it’s been over 20 minutes now. If you mess up an order then the remake should be immediately made. Charged me for extra and I didn’t receive extra. Asked to be toasted it wasn’t toasted. Can a manager check before the food is sent out In order for us all not to waste time. They remade my order which was great thank you guys for that!

I’m sad to write this review. Terrible service. My boyfriend and I went to the drive-thru on New Years Day. I was in the hospital New Years Eve.. so it made this even worse. After a long 25 minutes in line, we got to the window, paid and didn’t fuss about the wait. A few minutes later, the girl came back to the window and said she needed our bank card again, insisting the payment never went through. My boyfriend asked why they didn’t notice that earlier? At this point we’ve waited over 30 minutes, we still didn’t receive our coffee or food, and they are asking for us to pay again. We asked how long until the order is ready.. as we considered leaving. The girl said they still didn’t make it because they were short staffed, it was a simple coffee and 2 bagels. She was so irritated to be there, she spit while talking to us! After all of this, we were still kind. We received no apologies. In fact she was angry, while we were patient. We just had a terrible night in the hospital and tried to keep positive. As we drove away, I unwrapped my food to see I was given a seeded bagel instead of the plain bagel I ordered. I couldn’t eat seeds at that time. After all of the hassle, I didn’t get to have breakfast, and we had a long ride ahead. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. And it was the first day of the New Year.

I came craving the green chili bagel with cream cheese but they had already run out. This was before 11 anyways I got something different. Hopefully next time they don't run out of bagels soon. ?

Stopped in to get a box of bagels..great idea and great tasting. The staff were friendly and excellent customer service.

Bagels and sandwiches are wonderful. Unfortunatly the service is lacking. Ordered 2 dozen bagels one dozen sliced and the other dozen not sliced. Got home and noticed both dozens were sliced. Back again and ordered the same thing and one dozen was sliced and half of the second dozen were sliced. Next time I was there and spoke with the manager about this and since I did everything has been right. When I go again and if they get the order right I will raise the stars to 5.

1st time here. I did a drive thru and the person that took my order did a great job. It seemed like she was genuinely interested in hearing my order. I didn't have to repeat myself even one time. Very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful breakfast sandwich. I'm looking forward to having another.
