This Morning 06/21/2022 at 5811 Bryant Irvin Rd location both ladies especially the older causian woman were extremely rude. They had my colleagues order wrong, the one lady input the incorrect breakfast sandwich and when he went to let them know, the older lady called him up to show him she made what was on the screen. As if telling him this is what you order, I was right behind him and heard him clearly on what he ordered and he ordered the exam same sandwich yesterday. I stepped in and said “yes, that is what is on screen, she rung him wrong (referring to the younger lady) that is not our fault”. Caucasian older woman replied “I was talking to him, not you!” Wow, she shouldn’t have called him up to show him the screen in the first place, just fix your mistake. Had she not tried to tell my colleagues that he had ordered wrong, I would have NOT stepped in. They most definitely lost our business and those we share our experience with. No need for that treatment.
My bestie has been a frequent visitor of this Einstein for a while. Alas, when she came back to get our half dozen bagels she was as disappointed as ever as they mispelled her name for the gazillionth time in a row (it’s Kate not Kaite or Katie or Kaelee). The bagels were the right order, but alas my only request is that next time she comes back the employees spell her name correctly, a win that would be as delicious as the plain bagel I had this morning.
Liked the changes that have been made. Was clean, fast and the team was very nice. Drive thru was running super fast can see that changes have been made for the better. Theresa has done an awesome job
I ordered a large catering order from this store and Theresa, the manager was so incredibly helpful! Was patient and understanding on the phone and the bagels were so fresh and delicious!
Post incorrect prices on menu, then make you pay some increased price that's not on the menu. This is called deceptive marketing. They legally are required to honor their written prices. I don't care how much it costs I paid it regardless. Not to mention when I got to the window and after paying told me the same item had a bagel out of stock. AFTER PAYING. Horrible customer service and management. Would definitely drive across town to anywhere else
Although the bagels are good the service sometimes needs help. We ordered a half dozen bagels and requested they be sliced. The slice bagels were 1/4 inch on bottom and 1 and 1/2 inches on top. So large it wouldn’t’ fit in the toaster. Unfortunately this is a regular issue. You would think that a bagel shop would have a bagel slicer. The bagel selection is good, the taste is good. The sandwiches are good. Prices are reasonable.
Want a bagel in the morning? Make sure to leave the house an hour early. I've never waited in a drive thru line for so long. The worst part, after a 20 min wait I finally made it to the front to order only to be told to wait. I had literally no one in front of me and they still took forever just to take my order. Pull up to the window and paid. Get handed a bag with items missing the kid at the window simply said I didn't hear you. Out of fear of dying of old age in the line while waiting I just left. Get to work, bagel is cold and not toasted. How this place maintains 4 stars is beyond me. And for the record they are not understaffed they had like 4 or 5 people behind the counter.
Tried ordering the new big breakfast burrito but didn’t want the green chiles that came with it. They said they could not take anything out of the burrito as it’s “pre made”. Not fresh. What a disappointment. Never ever going to this place again. What a waste of time.
I waited 30 mins for a coffee and a bagel. There's are 6 people working. Seems like they accommodate indoor guests not drive thru. Received food bagel is wrong ice cold. Coffee was flavored milk. Will never return
A good place if you want to lunch your breakfast, it takes forever to prepare a simple order even when there's only 6 customers and only 2 waiting
