Unsanitary at its finest! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! Food was EXTREMELY greasy. There was a Splenda packet in our soup. When we told the employee upfront he did absolutely nothing! We spent 100$ and didn’t eat a bite! All the manager gave us was 7$ off! WHAT A JOKE! I don’t understand how we as the customer receive attitude from the employees because of issues they caused. Shrimp was burnt. JUST NASTY!
Friendly staff and hardworking services. Manager is really cool and calm. I love to eat here on any upcoming events, especially with family and friends. If you happen to have kids, the hibachi chefs are best at entertaining them. They’re funny and cooks great. Close to home ❤️
The restaurant was dirty in fact it was absolutely filthy. Food under the hibachi grill that had been there for awhile. The grill itself was dirty baked on, the chef was unskilled dropped food into our drinks and on the table. Bathroom was horrible, hair found in our menu’s. Walls were dirty the tables were oily. Did not eat anything from what we ordered it was the worst food experience I’ve had. Should be closed for complete cleaning and training
Took my girlfriend for her surprise birthday dinner , off the bat the manager had an attitude, our waitress was slow, kept forgetting things kept forgetting who ordered what. Then our waitress brings over hot soup and spilled it on my friend an they didn't give over the clean the mess nor cone check on our situation. The manager was young and obviously very immature and very lost as well. Not once did he decide to check on her after the incident then had the nerve to give her 2$ off her meal . The waitress did such a horrible job and she even gave one person from our party all the check books so she can pass them out . Never ever going back to this place ever!!!
I have been to other similar restaurants but this place absolutely has the best tasting food I have ever had for any type of a Hibachi restaurant. I just wanted to sit there and stuff myself until I finished all of my food but the portions were such that I had to get to-go container and take some home with me. The chef was so skilled and a fantastic cook. The grandchildren loved the show he put on. I had the steak & chicken Hibachi. I definitely definitely definitely recommend everyone try this place.
One star is one too many. The guy in the front have no customer service whatsoever. Spent more than an hour there, when called, he send us back to accommodate another group. Will never go back ??
I don't think we will be returning. The host was really rude when I called to make reservations, but I thought, "maybe's he super busy". The restaurant was actually kinda dirty. There was eggs shells under the grills, the grills had food residue in the crevices. I noticed the walls needed a good wiping down. The floor felt greasy, like that mop water needed some bleach in it. I was starting to get grossed out but didn't want to disappoint my daughter by leaving. I just felt like the cleanliness wasn't what it needed to be. The restroom was gross too. Late that night and the next morning everyone of us was sick or had sever diarrhea. I didn't want to give 1 single star, but I had to in order to post.
Overall, this was a cool hibachi spot. The portion and prices were fair. The food was good, but not great. My primary complaint is the salads, the presentation was so bad I didn’t even want to try it. Like plastic bowls?? Really?Otherwise, everything else I was pleased with.
Always satisfied when we eat here.This was my first time to come at lunchtime!The servings are still huge and only12.99 for chicken, 14.99 for steak and 15.99 for Salmon!Great prices. Great food! Great entertainment!!A must for any kind of special celebration! And a really great quick lunch option!!Its very clean. Staff is so nice!Half the restaurant is set up for Hibachi and the other half in a separate dining area, they serve Sushi !! We like this location alot!
Had fun at this place. The chef was very friendly and polite. The food was really good here and very flavorful. I’m adding these videos so that you can see how much fun it is when you come to this place. If you’re nearby you’ll have to stop in and visit. I believe you will enjoy this place. Also bring the family so that they can experience all of the fun as well.
