Major shout out to Kay and all the Dutch’s employees. We brought 11 students for an award lunch and the staff made everything super smooth and were patient with our kids. Thanks again!
My Vaquero burger was good. The margarita was good. And the bartender server was fantastic!
Dutch’s is a classic example of an American restaurant DONE RIGHT: lots of American football decor and good American hamburgers. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and there was not a wait to order.Go USA !!
Great atmosphere, and great burgers.
taste is good, price is a little high. WORST problem is not a single cook seems to know how to fry things, you either get super burnt fries/pickles/onion rings or extremely soggy.
I am giving Dutch’s Hamburgers a 2/5 star rating for their poor management and customer service. Tonight I finally decided to give this burger joint a try after living five years in Fort Worth. I viewed the menu and decided to purchase two orders of the Lineman burger with fries. I called the restaurant to put in the order and learned the total was $40.05 (at the time I thought I heard wrong). As I’m ready for pick-up I met a cashier - who was eating his burger while on the job (as to my knowledge restaurant workers are not to eat around their customers? But what am I supposed to know) - he confirms the total was $40.05, and I confronted him about the price when the burger on the website menu was $11.95. He strongly condemned me for being wrong and told me the owner just updated the website “VERY recently.” I brushed it off and pulled up the schedule again with Google Review in another tab to prepare to write a bad review.I brought my receipt and conflict to the attention of another employee who tried to condemn I was wrong because I was looking at the “Google Reviews” and go back to the restaurant’s website. As I did he walks off to my guess find the owner or manager, goes to another cash register then hands me a Dutch’s Hamburger brand gift card and said, “Here you go.” Mind you I checked the gift card to discover a balance of $8.00. I’m not petty about the money or the gift card amount, but as a customer I deserved an apology and the option for the team to say they made a mistake and hope, as a customer, I would give them another chance to make things right. Don’t get me wrong the food was really good I rather have excellent customer service and strong management that makes a business strong. At this point Dutch’s Hamburgers is a one-hit-wonder on my list of places to eat.
I hadn't been here since high school and definitely will not be going back! Burgers lacked flavor and tasted very bland same for the fries had to add lots of salt and pepper to make it taste somewhat decent. And price is ridiculous for what you are receiving paid $40 for 2 meals and a kids meal. If the food would have tasted better wouldn't have minded but for what we got I am so extremely disappointed.
It’s a pretty good burger joint, and they definitely win with the fries! Would have liked the burger a little juicer, not as overly well-done but it hit the spot. Although this seems very hole-in-the-wall, the price certainly tries to argue otherwise. It’s worth the higher price point, and was very filling.
I still believe this is the best hamburger joint in Fort Worth and I'm sticking to it! You never tried it you have to and they're sweet buns are amazing. They're onion rings are the best in town because they put whole black peppercorns in them.
Amazing burgers. Would highly recommend. Onion rings leave much to be desired but the quality of the burger makes up for that. Fried pickles are also great.
