Poor customer service from manager. I had to go and order a wake up wrap twice and waited and waited. The second time never received anything so got up the third time and asked for my wrap. The manager confronted me saying I never ordered it so I asked to speak with the employee that took my order. She did not let him speak and also tried to call me a liar about ordering a muffin saying they were sold out when I clearly showed her that I had half of the muffin I was eating. To top it off while I was walking away with my family she shouted out loud to never come back again.
I ordered 3 coffees and got 5 back. Neither of the coffees were what we wanted either. Terrible service. Do not recommend Dunkin at all. One of them is missing in the bottom picture ?
I ordered 50 special order variety got 25 and none of my special ordered. Then the ice latte was completely bitter as i had sweetened things in it. Then gave me a bagel but Not the kind I ordered.. they don’t look at the details of the app orders and sloppy.. I’ll be happy to go to starbucks that might cost more but take the time to get orders correct or fixed
Love this particular store, staff is amazing! As soon as they see me they ask if I want the usual! Always a wonderful atmosphere! Will continue to do business with them!?
**Edit **Thought I'd try again (because shame on me). Yet again missing items from order and items nit made correctly. Not even custom items, just straight off the menu items that they can't seem to make correctly.Make sure your employees actually check order receipts and that each item is actually in the bag before they seal it up and hand it off to a Dasher. I really enjoy opening bags to find zero of the food items that I ordered. Zero.
No French Crullers. Has Browns are like smashed tater tots, not crispy and some stuck together. Drive thru is difficult to get to from the east bc you have to go all the way around the building or drive down the back and make a 3 pt turn. They make you pull up even if there is no one in line behind you. I didn't mean for this to be a critical review, but now realize, it's not the greatest.
Love the donuts we get from there every Friday morning. Only critique is to make sure whoever is working the window doesn't sound like they hate their life.
Given a free coupon for their donuts, I'd trash it. I drink my coffee black and like it hot. They do serve good hot coffee. They dropped donuts from their name because you're better off getting those somewhere else. But if you're looking for hot coffee, they have it here, and drinks are their specialty.
