I’m not sure what is going on with this location but 75% of the time they get my order wrong and argue that it’s not wrong. I keep giving them the benefit of a doubt but my positive outlook is being crushed by their lack of effort. I use the app most of the time and they never have my order ready in a timely manner. What is the point of a mobile app if the employees don’t fill the order? Please put some effort into your jobs so that customers continue to come to your establishment.
Crew is short-staffed. Lobby & restrooms could be cleaned up a bit. Just a few staff working and drive thru was busy. However...5 stars for the sourdough bacon sandwich and Boston cream! Gotta try the Avocado & roasted tomato toast! All kinds of drinks available including Borden chocolate milk! Baskin Robbins ice cream flavors, too! Service was great and staff appreciated our patience.
The dining area was filthy. The tables and seats were not wiped down. I also noticed the counter top was all dusty so this place really needs a good cleaning and it needs to stay clean in the dining area so you don’t feel disgusted when you’re wanting to sit there and eat your food. And the food was not that great either. Not a great experience for my first time there.
We were very excited to find out they were open during the snow storm so we ventured out to get some coffee and donuts! There were cars in the drive thru and a family leaving as we pulled up. We had a complicated order so we figured it was easier to place a mobile order and then head through the drive thru which we did. After we placed the order we drove to the drive thru speaker right behind another car. We saw them pull around to the window and then not long after pull off with their coffees. This was also not more than 2 minutes after seeing that family leave with coffees and donuts. No one ever greeted us at the speaker so we drove around to the window and the lights were off and the parking lot was now empty. The location was clearly open when we arrived and we were allowed to place and pay for an order but they closed before we received it. I have reached out to customer service with no response and I still never got my money back or the 3 coffees and 2 donuts we ordered. Don't waste your time.
Wanted a smoothie made from frozen yogurt. It looked like they used regular ice cream instead and confirmed it to be true after they made it. They said they don't have frozen yogurt despite the fact that it says so right on the menu. They should have mentioned it when I ordered it. At least I got my money back.
Love Dunk's. Just moved here from the east coast, was really missing Dunk's. I have to drive two towns over but it's worth it for a taste of home.
Oh man the drive thru lady was awesome and so patient. I was there for a pick up and the person would not answer the phone. However they do run out of stuff alot.
Cashier was nice but one of the guys that makes the sourdough jack needs help. I ordered 2 sourdough Jack's and added sausage for the additional charge. 15 minutes food comes out. I asked the guy where my second one was and he said oh I'm sorry I didn't see there was 2. Which at this point was understandable, it happens. Well I proceed to bring the one I did have to my wife to start eating if she wanted too, I walk back to the counter to wait for mine. After another 15 minutes it comes out. I get to the table and we open our boxes and realize he forgot sausage on both of them. I bring them both back to counter to have remade. Another 15 minutes he got it right. Will never return again. 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous. The coffee that the cashier made was good.
This has to be the worst Duncan I have EVER been to. Not one single employee can get a simple drink right. I have waisted so much money on thus place just HOPING they'd get it right once (as no other Duncan has EVER had this problem) and it's the nearest Duncan to me. Please teach your employees to correctly make coffee!!
It was great. Showed up right before closing and they still where in the wonderful Christmas spirit I had hoped for. The donuts where great and the employees even better!??
