Been here a few times already. We like the food. It’s just that today was different. We sat and placed our order, we received it hot and fresh, but they never went back to check on us. I had to get up and asked for a refill a few times for me and my fam. I understand if this happens when they are busy. But this was at 4pm Sunday they weren’t even packed. It doesn’t mean we ain’t going back but hopefully this won’t happen again
My family’s favorite restaurant in Fort Worth! Pupusas are reasonably priced and what really makes this place stand out is their incredible curtido! Just as good, if not better than in El Salvador!
The food is good here . The owner doná Carmen does the cooking at this location she's a really sweet lady. What needs attention is her servers some of these woman are rude and not helpful . Their service lacks proper house rules and people relation skills . What's important at any restaurant is good service, good hospitality with a smile and a good attitude. I gave this place a four star rating for the food not the service .
Got a two plate meal. 40 minutes later I only got 4 pupusas. And main plate was still not ready. Later on they served my food to the wrong table, a good minute passed she noticed the mistake and wanted to give me the same plate!! I was done by then. This place used to be good but last couple of times that I have been here, ive had a bad experience. Unfortunately never coming back.
Absolutely wonderful food….I’m stuffed to the rafters….But ordered more to take home

I ordered some pupusas over the phone to be picked up. The order was good. Everything was well packaged and the taste was amazing. My only complain is that when I got there the person at the register didnt aknowledge me. I went and told him I had order over the phone and he didnt even asked me anything. He started talking to a man who had just come in and completely ignored me. Then he started attending the person behind me charging them for their bill and then even took an order over the phone after about 10 minutes of waiting he finally decided to ask me my name and went to check on my order. I found this very rude and poor service. Besides that the food was really great. But they need someone with manners at the register.
Nice and clean place. Although they were very busy service was good. The food was very good. My mom (salvadorian) gave her seal of approval. Will definitely go again.
The food is really good but they take forever to bring it to your table and the waitress they seem to forget a lot for what you ask them for ?
The waitress had the worst attitude ever she never refilled our drinks and never came back to our table after the food was drop off. The food was very undercooked the chicken was rubbery and the meat was impossible to chew. I wouldn't recommend.
