We have eaten here multiple times throughout the years, and each time the food has been steadily declining. This meal was average at best- Scallops had no flavor, the shrimp was not completely deveined, the coconut cream pie dessert was partially frozenâ¦. Definitely not worth the money- very disappointing, especially when there are so many other restaurants to choose from.
The light fixture over our booth was dirty. A/C wasnât cooling properly so it was hot. The wait time between our salad and entree was very very long, with many apologies from our waitress. Food was descent but atmosphere and slower service ruined it for us! We will not be going back.
Iâm sure that the server was covering more tables than before Covid. It took a long time to order, a long time for food to come. We gave up on ordering wine with dinner. The medium steak was medium rare and took forever to be returned. For what we paid, it was not an amazing experience.
Food and service were amazing!!
Awesome, as always. Perfect spot to go have dinner and/or drinks before a show at Bass Hall.
Les than average experience based on expectations of high end restaurant. Mushrooms were dry, wedge salad was small and server was bland. It was our 45th anniversary and no mention of it. We will think twice before coming back anytime soon.
Cheesesteak egg rolls -tasted like hamburger Wedge salad - drenched in dressing Shrimp linguine - worst dish - pasta was dry and shrimp was waayyy overcooked Jumbo scallops - tasted ok, but slightly undercooked Flourless chocolate torte - had no whipped cream as described on menu
If you go for appetizers, great! And stop there and you will be happy. Everything else was disappointing after that. It was Sunday lunch on 4th of July weekend. So perhaps the issue was with staffing? We spend $250.00 without tip for a party of 4 with no alcohol just food and it was not good. Chicken was dry, I ordered carrot side for $11.00. I might have had 1 carrot on the dish, the sauce was good. The fries came out warm, not fresh. The lemon cake dessert was terrible. Just think Kroger cup cake but old. I do not mind spending $200-300. on a nice lunch. I expect good food quality for that. And you are sore when you don't get it. I will not be back nor will we we try the other restaurant. The manager really needs to get in there and get ahold of this place. It could really be a nice experience.
Thank you Trisha a great experience! Food and wine were great.
DelFriscos Grill is always great! The food is delish and the view of Sundance square is awesome! Def a place to go!
