This is mine and my husbands second time here and we absolutely love it! First time I failed to get photos, but the cookies were delicious. The service is super fast and that’s always a plus. I know these cookies will be just as delicious. ?

Surprised to see how much staff were present during my family's visit to this store. Very active and attentive to incoming customers at the front desk despite the busy cooking of mass cookies for delivery and order pick up requests. Love the idea of their cookie flavors changing on a weekly basis. Have not tested the cookies on a weekly basis however for any repeats. But they did mention only a few are a repeat due to culture classics. The cookies are larger than expected upon purchase, no complaints there. Especially since the cookies are freshly made, warm, moist and gooey for some recipes. Great place for the kids and adults to enjoy treats.
Theses cookies definitely are sweet. Some of them have a guey texture to them. I got 4 cookies for like $12. You can order for pick and order on the back wall and pay which is neat or just simply walk to the counter. I saw lots of people walking out with just one cookie which is something I can see myself doing quite often.
The staff was friendly and helpful! Just as important though, the cookies were delicious. I got the sea salt toffee, and vanilla sugar. For me, many places overdo the sea salt, but not here. It was just the right balance!
I really loved Crumbl Cookies after trying them for the first time last week. I loved them so much that I chose them as a Reward for my team at work for doing such a great job this past week.I needed to have the cookies by Friday morning so I ordered them on Wednesday evening for pickup Thursday afternoon. I placed and paid for my order with ease through the app as the website directed me to. When I arrived to pick up my order I was informed that they were sold out of one of the flavors I ordered. I don't understand why you would sell out of Pre-Ordered items. And no one thought it to be a good idea to call before hand? I would have thought, as a business owner myself, that you set aside what you need for Preorders at the start of shift and work from there.When people are spending this kind of money on cookies, you need to be proactive in making sure things are right or notify them ahead of time if changes need to be corrected. Can you tell I wasn’t happy at all...The cookies are great, but just watch out for your Pre-orders....
