Ordered through the website for delivery. Got notifications my ordered was cancelled. I called cookie crumble as the messaged informed to, to figure out what’s going on. They tell me door dash picked them up at 1:45 and informed me to call back if I never get them. 30 min passes, no cookies. I call back, speak to a young worker, who is not helpful. Wouldn’t let me speak to manager. Took down my info and got off the phone. I wait, and call back again asking if I am getting my money back OR cookies. They tell me they are resending the cookies. Fast forward I get the cookies. This is how I got my cookies. Very upset and unhappy.
Always a treat to come here, for me anyway! I'm retired, so it's never a problem to wait...but you will, because it's always in demand. Online ordering or walk-ins, plan to wait. I don't mind, because I enjoy observing. People standing together waiting for their cookies...can be very entertaining. The place is clean, open, bright, with very high ceilings, but that's just the kitchen area. The waiting area ...not so much, and it gets crowded in there, so prepare yourself for both! Just focus on those samples at the register and you'll be fine. And just breathe in. Fresh baked cookies!!
It's habit we can't seem to break now. Haha. It's good. Especially when you get it fresh. Beat eaten with a complimentary ice cream scoop. There are a lot of repeat flavors labeled as new flavors, but that aside, it's a solid treat. ??

Used to love this place but service has declined badly.This location specifically is generally always dirty and the employees have poor communication/ customer service. Flavors and presentation aren’t consistent. Placed an order through the app, waited about 15 min as I saw a line earlier when I passed by.App said my order was ready. Came in and waited, asked for an update and was told “we’re working on it” then about 15 min later I overheard someone said there is a 30 min wait for that specific flavor that I also got. But no announcement was made to the growing crowd waiting. Finally that flavor comes out and they start catching up. An hour into being there I am still waiting. I ask for an update and was ignored for quite some time.I overhear someone ordering. And they are notified that a different flavor is now on a 30 min wait. Then she looks at me and says “two minutes”. I said oh awesome so I don’t have to wait and she repeats yeah two minutes. Then she comes to me and says actually it’s 30 min. I politely asked for a refund and she laughed at me and turned around pulled her mask down and told everyone like I was crazy for asking for a refund because I was going to have to wait almost two hours for cookies. I understand baking times are out of their control but the whole situation could have been avoided with better management and customer service.
The Boston Cream cookie is the best cookie I’ve ever had. Crumbl has become our go to spot to take when we’re seeing friends or hosting guests. Definitely a treat and a half. The staffs attention to detail and courteous makes the experience even better. I have yet to try every flavour but every flavour I have had has been just as good. Prompt service and knowledgeable staff.
