This place is VERY dirty!!! DON T COME TO THIS LOCATION. I looked at reviews before coming out to this location but I didn't see reviews about the cleanliness until I arrived. Ice cream was good but I felt worried about sanitation as I looked around. Will not comeback.

Great way to make excellent fresh ice cream, cool to watch but employees could be more out going, welcoming, interactive, if I was the manager that would be a requirement for employees. Engage the customer with southern hospitality that lacks. The three stars are for quality of ice cream and ingredients. The two remaining stars are because of the customer service experience, we have eaten here “Many, Many Times”. Smile y’all! Ice cream is suppose to make people Happy!

We went to another creamistry months ago, and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take what seemed like 20 minutes to get our two orders done this time. My biggest complaint however, is that the ice cream just doesn't taste that good. Yes, it's very creamy, but it doesn't have any real flavor. I can't put my finger on it, but it's like missing vanilla and other depth that ice cream has. This is like extra creamy frozen milk with a touch of sweet.

Spot looks cool. Walked in around 1:30, wasn’t busy in the dining room and nobody behind the counter. Signage and menu indicated they were out of quite a few things. We waited about 10 minutes before leaving because nobody came out to help us, we may try again another day.

Was out and about in Fort Worth and decided to go for a new ice cream place. We found Creamistry and we were intrigued. Big variety of flavors and toppings on the menu to choose from. It wasn’t very busy when we arrived, there was 1 group in front of us and they already ordered. We were a group of 3 and ordered 3 things. There aren’t very many tables in here and of those, only one was clean. The other 4 or 5 tables were covered in sticky icecream remnants. After waiting an unusually amount of time, we realized we never heard our name and a different group of people took our order. We only realized this because one of the people in the other group realized they didn’t get coffee icecream after taking a bite and gave it back to the girls working the counter. The girl at the counter then proceeded to try and hand it to me and said they didn’t touch it. I asked them to remake it as I was not comfortable accepting food items that have been handled by a group of strangers. The chemistry theme is cute, but it’s easily looked past when you realize a scoop of icecream is $6+. On top of that, they gave someone in my group one of the most burned waffle cones I have ever seen.Skip this place and go find a local Fort Worth ice cream shop. My go to is called “Melt”.Dirty tables, dusty light fixtures a few feet above your ice cream, not my type of place.

Love Getting This Everytime. Nice Treat Under 10 Bucks. I Always Get Cheesecake With Biscoff Cookies On The Bottom And Cheesecake Bites On Top. Never Fails. My Friend Gets Tropical Paradise. Never Complains.

This place is totally awesome in how they create ice cream ? They use nitrogen. There is a create your own option or you can order from the menu on the wall. It's really neat ?

You could cut the tension in the air when you walk in. The employees looked like they’ve hated each other for years. It took what seemed like 10 minutes for 3 employees to make one ice cream. The four seated customers wore the faces of gloom and disappointment as I could only guess how long they have been waiting for their frozen treat. We had a party of six. I feared it would take an hour for us to get our ice creams at this pace. We pondered over the menu as it was our first time. Next thing I know all employees have vanished to the back room, abandoning their seated customers to anguish and dispair knowing the wait would continue, maybe forever. This was our chance to escape. We quickly moonwalked out of there and went to Melt on magnolia where the ice cream was tasty and the service great.

The ice cream was amazing and delicious! Perfect for the kid of all ages. They even have vegan and/or non-dairy options on their menu. Like i said perfect for the kid of all ages!!!

I went there after dinner wanting to try another franchise that uses liquid nitrogen but the counter was really dirty when I walked in there, I waited for a while to be acknowledged ( there was only one other table with customers eating ice cream), and the machines were not working as they were supposed to(she changed machines). Maybe it was a bad day but I wasn't impressed at all.
